159: Lilac

( Back in Time slightly! )

Izumi scrubbed her body and thoroughly lathered the shampoo through her hair to get rid of the smell of sewage water over and over. 

'I feel bad I have to use this much soap and shampoo that belongs to Yaoyorozu, but I keep smelling the sewage smell somewhere on my body. I haven't had to be in the shower this long before.' she thought as she scrubbed the shampoo through her hair one last time before washing it out. 

She took one more whiff of the air and could only smell sweet flowers which was usually what she likes smelling, so she turned off the shower and walked out of the shower. 

"Hah- well at least my body's completely clean." she sighed as she then whipped her hair back and forth a few times before grabbing a towel. Once she finished drying her hair, she grabbed a second towel and dried her body and then wrapped the towel around her body.

She felt relieved that she didn't smell like sewage anymore. 

'Okay, time to get dressed. Hm?' 

She looked around the bathroom and was trying to search for the clothes Yaoyorozu left for her. 

'That's weird, I could've sworn Yaoyorozu gave me some clothes to change into. Wait-' She tried to remember what Yaoyorozu said and where she'd pointed before she left the room for her to take a shower. 

'Oh right, she left the clothes on the bed. Then let's grab them and change into them and see what the others are up to.' she thought as she walked towards the opaque set of doors.

She grabbed the doorknob and pushed it open only to find that a certain blond was standing right in front of her on the other side of the door. 

'Eh? Why is...' 

Izumi and Katsuki made direct eye contact and Katsuki felt like his chest was about to explode when he realized the greenette was just wearing a towel! 

'Oh shit.' 

Once the greenette realized what was happening, her face turned Bright Red as she realized that she was basically nude in front of the blond. 

"KYAAAAAA!!!!!" 

Katsuki jerked as he heard the scream and then slammed his hand over her mouth to stop her from screaming any louder or longer.

"Calm down, Deku, it's not what you think!" he yelled. Izumi yanked his hand off her mouth and clenched her teeth together. 

"If it's not what I think it is, then what is it?!?!?" she demanded. 

"Arg- You were in the shower for a long time that I thought something bad happened to you, stupid! Dinner was ready so I went to find you and see if you were okay!" he answered. 

Her eyebrows raised as she was surprised by his answer, as she could tell how sincere he was with his answer. 

"Are you... telling the truth?" 

"Of course I am, stupid! I wouldn't have come here if I didn't say I was worried, because I was." he answered. 

"I-I just... I was just trying to make sure I got the smell of sewage water off, that's why I was in the shower for so long..." she mumbled. 

Katsuki sighed and took a few steps away from her and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Then were you planning on walking out to see us looking like that?" he asked, pointing at the towel that was wrapped around her body. She immediately blushed and covered her chest with both her arms.
