59: Warning

"Hmm, if I may ask, what did you see on Mister Bakugo's back earlier?" Phoenix asked. 

"Huh? Oh, I saw Japanese writing, at first it was hard to make out, but then I was able to read it." 

"And what did it say?" 

"It said... 'You're Next'..." Phoenix was surprised, the text was a warning. 

"Well that- wasn't what I was expecting to hear at all." Phoenix said. 

"I hope that doesn't mean something bad will happen to someone." Izumi said. 

"Hm? And what makes you think it will be Mister Bakugo?" 

"Well, it was on his body, but it doesn't make sense as to why it appeared on his back when he couldn't see it. I hope it's not something permanent." Izumi said. 

"I'm sure Mister Bakugo will be fine, but that doesn't mean this League won't appear soon. This is probably a warning of what's to come, so you should be careful." Phoenix said. 

"Ah- mn."

Izumi walked out of the hospital and didn't see the Chief, Captain or blond anywhere in sight. 

'I'm sure they just went back to the Station. I just hope nothing bad will happen to Kacchan...' Izumi thought. 

"Huh? Oh hey Izumi." 

Izumi turned to see Aster walking up to her. 

"Oh Aster." 

"Heard you got sick, are you feeling better?" 

"Oh- mn. I feel a lot better. I think it was Leo's fault for cleansing me, and I didn't change out of my clothes." Izumi said. 

'Yup, that sounds like Izumi.' Aster thought. 

"So has Katsuki asked you anything yet?" Izumi froze, anything about what? "

Um... asked me what?" 

'Crap! Has he not said anything yet? Hm?' Aster looked at the greenette and she looked like she had something on her mind. 

"Huh? Hey, something bothering you?" Aster asked. 

"Ah- well... yeah... kind of..."

Izumi and Aster sat down at their usual bench and Izumi told Aster everything that's been on her mind. 

"So... Do you have feelings for Katsuki?" Aster asked. Izumi cradled her legs and rested her chin on her knees. 

"I... I think so..." she mumbled. 

'Seems like these two have feelings for each other but are just afraid to say them to each other. These two are a handful.' Aster thought. 

"It's just... after my mom told me that Kacchan was worried about me and stayed by my side while I was sick... it's something I never thought he'd do. But... after feeling worried about where he disappeared to and seeing him again after all these years, I think I really do. I... I really like Kacchan..."

"So~" 

Izumi looked over at Aster. 

"Why don't you tell him?" Izumi turned bright red. 

"Huh? What?!? No, no way should I tell him! He'll just laugh at my face! Or he'll just yell at me or something, he would never-" 

"Believe me, Izumi, there's a side to Katsuki you might not have seen yet. And he told me plenty of things that happened to you when you were sick. For instance, he told me he helped you take a bath when you were sick." Aster said happily, Izumi froze.
