"Are you... Yui Daffodil?"

"Hmph, you're just as smart as the rumors I've heard. You're correct, I am Yui Daffodil; previous Snake spirit for the Grim Reaper of Mamoru Sever. But I'm sure you already knew that, didn't you?" Yui said, as she pulled up a chair and sat on it backwards and leaned her arms on the back of the chair.

"But I'm sure there are plenty of things you know about me, don't you?" Yui said with a smirk.

Izumi looked at the woman, she had a spitting image of Eri, with long White hair and Candy Red eyes, but her eyes appeared more snake-like. When the greenette looked at the woman's arms, they were covered in bright red snake tattoos, and she had snake scales seen underneath her eyes.

"You... You were the one that hurt all those innocent people."

"Hah- I wouldn't call them 'innocent', it was more like all those humans were hiding themselves. I just did them all a favor and wanted to give them a little lesson on what it feels like to lie for so long."

"But they didn't do anything to you-"

"You don't know me. Well, you do, but you don't know everything about me, so let's chat." Yui said.

"At least let Eri go."

"Nah- that's not how things work here. And besides, she's more useful now than she was when she was a little kid. I would know, I was there that day when you tried to be the hero and protect her from Chisaki. I was lucky I wasn't caught in all of that, then I would've lost my job as an assistant sooner." Yui said.

"So... why did you hide your identity of working for Overhaul while working as an assistant?"

"Hmph, easy. It's always been a challenge for spirits to become assistants to Grim Reapers because the opportunity barely ever happens anymore. But when Mamoru finally fired his previous assistant, I took the chance to act as fake and as sweet as I could. It was a challenge at first, but I wasn't really looking forward to the job, I was looking forward to getting closer to the higher ups in the Spirit Realm. Since Mamoru is known as the eldest Grim Reaper, that means he had more knowledge about anything of the past, and that meant he was closer to the higher ups than any of the other Reapers too. So not only was I working for the best, it meant I was the best spirit overall too." Yui said.

"So why did you start to work behind his back?"

"Do you realize how boring a life it is to just have the job of being an assistant to a Reaper, especially Mamoru? He's an emotionless and pathetic immortal, so one day I found Chisaki. His knowledge of how to weaken humans and how to control them was something that I had been wanting to do myself eventually, so I wanted to help him. All I had to do was find spirits and humans and use them as experiments. At the time, I used to be a weak and simple snake spirit that couldn't even use venom, isn't that funny? But each time I possessed someone, my powers grew, and my drive for wanting more power and strength grew too. There were times where I would possess Eri too, and her power, that was what I really wanted." Yui said.

"You want Eri's Spiritual Powers, why?"

"Because... I'm sick of being known as the simple 'Snake Spirit', I want more to my name. I want to be immortal." she said with a smirk.

"And what makes you think it will work? Eri hasn't used her Spiritual Powers since that day!"

"You don't know that, I've been watching her more than you have. In fact, she's not the only one I've been watching." she said. Izumi thought about it and looked deep into Yui's eyes.
