"I gave the gift of One for All to her, a human."

"Would you care to share your powers to me as well?"

Izumi froze, does Yui know about the gift the greenette was given. 

"W-What power? I don't know what you're talking about!" Izumi stated. 

"Hmph, don't play dumb with me, I was there when that stupid fox decided to give you that power. That fox was constantly running and hiding from me, and just when I thought I could get that power, she decided to give it to you. I was there when you used your new power in that Hotel, and again on the train. I know everything, so don't even try to escape this one, although, it's not like you can escape from here anyway." Yui said and laughed.

"Why do you want this gift?" 

"Oh, so you call it a gift, is that it? Maybe for you since you are a human, you'd call it that, but to me, it's a power I need. That power you possess is more than you can imagine, and you're wasting your time on keeping it and not using it to its full potential. So it gives me the right to take it from you." Yui said. 

"That doesn't mean you'll use it properly! You'll just hurt more people!" Izumi yelled. 

"Which means all the more reason as to why I should take your power, and then when I'm done with you, I'll just use my venom and treat you like my puppet. You should've known that I'm more deadly than I appear, I am a Mamba snake after all."

( Note: If you guys know what Yui just said in saying that she's a Mamba snake, it's a highly, and I mean HIGHLY venomous snake, especially the Black Mamba. And because Yui is a spirit, she can use remote control to depend on how long she wants her 'puppets' to stay alive and do her bidding. Just trying to clear things up for you guys. Moving on. )

All the Reapers' eyes widened, but Katsuki on the other hand was confused. 

'Is this some kind of power that's a big deal. I knew something was off with Deku every time I saw her fight in the past. She would get faster and could punch through stuff that her usual body wouldn't be able to do.' Katsuki thought. 

"The reason this is a problem is because it's considered illegal for a spirit to give their powers to a human, you should know that Iris." Emra said. 

"I do, but it's not like she was going to survive without it." Iris said.

Emra looked at Katsuki and could tell he was confused. 

"Hah- I'm sure you're confused, aren't you, Katsuki?" 

Katsuki looked up and could feel the intense stare Emra was giving him. 

"Ah- who is the guy that had this power before?" Emra sighed. 

"Hah- Yagi Toshinori was known to be a human who was given Spiritual Powers and Abilities at a young age. Back then, it was also a problem because he was a human who got these powers by a spirit. That instance was one of the last times spirits were allowed to give their powers to humans, because there have always been consequences when a spirit gives their powers away. So after Toshinori had the fibers of the Spiritual Powers in his veins, it was too late to take them back. And though we'd planned to punish Toshinori for accepting this power, we changed our minds because he ended up becoming the Symbol of Peace for both the Human and Spirit Realm." Emra said.

"So... are you saying it's illegal for Izuku to take this power even though it's the same power? And it's not like Izuku hasn't failed either, every member of the League she's come across, she's used those powers to beat them! So what's wrong with using that same power, and is it really illegal at this point?" Katsuki said, standing up from his chair.
