177: Sharp Objects

"Why're you telling me this?" 

"Because Kacchan, no one really knows about our relationship, especially now." Izumi answered. 

"You'd be surprised how many people would be fine with us." Katsuki muttered. 

"Erm- just this one rule and we'll be fine! At least until... things have cleared up..." Izumi said. 

"You seriously won't let me hold your hand when we're working?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. 

"Yes, and I mean it! I-I just have a feeling we won't really catch a break from work right now or... anytime soon either." Katsuki didn't like that the greenette kind of wanted to hide their relationship for the moment, but he could tell she was worried. 

"Gah- fine, but don't expect me to control myself for long." 

"Kacchan!"

"Well everything that dealt with the Casino case has been taken care of, and the owner; Kyohi has been dealt with especially." Anastasia noted. 

'Though Kyohi was dealt with at the Casino, Chev told me it took a long time to convince Kyohi to leave these two alone. We had to make sure Kyohi promised not to bother these two any further and that he'd return to the Spirit Realm. Just because we've dealt with another Shinigami doesn't mean the others won't try to take part. It's unfortunate that Lily doesn't have any new leads on the Shinigami and what they'll do next.' Anastasia thought. 

"So... does this mean we have a new job today?" Izumi asked.

"Hah- unfortunately no, as much as I thought we would since it feels like these cases are back to back, we don't have any new cases that need to be closed. So you two will be doing normal field work patrol today and until we wait for any new cases to arrive. Hopefully that won't take long, but you never know what will happen when you're a Police officer." Anastasia stated. 

"Right, then we'll get-" 

"Hold on, there's one more thing I need to tell you two." The greenette and blond looked at the Captain. 

"Well what is it?" Katsuki asked. "Though this wasn't my idea–as it was the Chief's–you two will be patrolling with two more officers today." 

"Huh? Is it Todoroki and Yaoyorozu?" 

"Nope, as they didn't go to U.A." 

"Eh?"

"Hey! Looks like we got here on time!!!" 

Izumi and Katsuki turned their heads to see two people entering the Station and waving at them. Though Katsuki didn't recognize them, Izumi did and her eyes lit up and she got excited.

"A-Are they really working with us today?!?!?" Izumi exclaimed. 

"Hmph, yup. Both of them have worked at the same Station and since we figured you two still need some assistance out in the field, they could take up the job. Both of you address yourselves." Anastasia said, looking at the two officers.

"Sup, name's Yo Shindo!" 

"Hi~ I'm Camie Utsushimi!" both of them said. 

'I'm so excited, I never got to work with these two like my classmates did, so I'm really looking forward to today now!' Izumi thought. 

"Shindo went to Ketsubutsu High to graduate as an officer while Camie went to Shinketsu High to be an officer." Anastasia said. 

"Ah- Kacchan, you went to Shiketsu, so you remember being classmates with Camie, right?" Izumi asked.
