"Izumi, we're so happy to see you!" Mitsuki said, hugging the greenette as soon as she opened the door.

"Ack- M-Mrs. Bakugo, I can't breathe!" Izumi said, trying to gasp for breath from the tight hug.

"Izuku- oh and Katsuki too, what brings you here today?" Inko asked, peeking behind Mitsuki.

"Well since it's the first day of the New Year, we thought we would come to visit and celebrate a bit. And we heard Mr. Bakugo got discharged from the hospital, so we wanted to come." Izumi said happily.

"Oh how thoughtful of you, did you hear that, brat?" Mitsuki said, looking up at the blond.

"Tch-"

'I also got bit by that stupid snake and ended up asleep for 4 fucking days.' he thought.

"Katsuki?"

Katsuki glanced over and froze when he saw his dad standing a few feet away from the front door and smiling at him.

"I thought I was dreaming, but it's my son who came to see us." Masaru said happily.

"Ah- Mr. Bakugo, are you feeling better after everything?" Izumi asked.

"Yes yes, I'm just tired now since I was stuck in a hospital bed for a few days, but there's nothing to worry about." Masaru said.

"Arg- I should've been there, then I would've taken care of the one who did this to my husband. They deserve a lesson and should've never messed with my family!" Mitsuki said.

"Mitsuki, please."

And before any of them were expecting it, there was a loud thud and they all looked over at Katsuki who'd dropped to the floor.

"K-Kacchan, are you okay?" Izumi asked, she panicked and thought he still had Yui's poison in his body and it reacted inside his body. But after she knelt down to check on the blond, he had tears in his eyes, he was crying.

"Kacchan, what's wrong?" she asked.

"I'm fine, I just..." he sniffled and rubbed his eyes so the tears wouldn't be in sight.

"I just had some dirt in my eyes, and my body's just tired." he said.

"Kacchan..."

And while both of them were still kneeling on the ground, Masaru knelt down in front of the blond and rested his hand on Katsuki's shoulder. Katsuki looked up and Masaru smiled.

"I heard how worried you were about me, that brings me joy to know my son cares about his family just like his mother." Masaru said, Katsuki froze.

"I-I-"

"There's no need to hold it in, it's okay to cry every once in a while, son. We all need to let it out now and then." Masaru said.

Katsuki sniffled and watched as his father wrapped his arms around him and hugged him tightly.

"I'm proud of the man you've become, so you shouldn't have to hold in your tears either." Masaru said.

Katsuki knew his dad was more sentimental over his mom, but he hadn't been comforted by his dad in a very long time. He grit his teeth and wrapped his arms around his dad and hugged him tightly, he felt so relieved to see his dad was doing fine even after getting attacked.

Izumi, Mitsuki and Inko smiled at the sight, and it seemed Mitsuki couldn't hold in her tears anymore and wanted to join the hug too.

"Hah- you two are so stubborn, let me join in too!" Mitsuki said, hugging them.
