139: Insane

"Well it looks like you three have managed to do something." 

Katsuki, Shoto and Iris turned around to see Kaoru and Phoenix walking up to them. 

"Well then I have to assume Emra asked you to come here, didn't she, but not to see me, right?" Iris teased, Phoenix scoffed. 

"I was told one of you was 'severely injured' and I can only guess that person would be the dog." Phoenix said, glaring at Katsuki. 

Katsuki's dog ear's coward with embarrassment as he averts his gaze from the Reaper. Phoenix glanced over to see the large cage with the fox that was now Dabi. 

"Ah~ so this is what you decided to do to this member of the League?" Phoenix asked, looking in the corner of his eye at Iris.

"I didn't have much of a choice, he was born as a spirit so the only thing I could change was for him to be in his spirit form permanently." Iris answered. 

"And I didn't wish to kill my brother no matter how much he's changed. Though I can tell he doesn't like what he looks like in his spirit form, it's better than suffering as a human." Shoto said. 

"I see, well that just makes it easier for me to know that I don't have to extract anyone's soul today. And where's the Special Case?" Phoenix asked. 

"She and Emra are off fighting another member of the League that appeared almost the same time these two were having to fight this fox." Iris said. 

"The Crimson Crow is also with them, Sir Koro." Kaoru muttered. 

"Then we gotta go help Deku and stop this other member!" 

"Oh no, dog, you're not going anywhere without proper treatment!" Phoenix yelled as he snapped his fingers.

A strange collar appeared and wrapped around Katsuki's neck as he was about to run, and he instantly felt large shockwaves hitting his skin. The blond dropped to the ground in agonizing pain–just as much as his hands were in pain too–and tried to pull the collar from practically choking him. 

"I'm sure you'd love to go and save Miss Midoriya, but in this situation, I cannot allow it because you need time to rest and heal. I can tell you weren't much help in this fight against that fox either, were you?" Phoenix asked, Katsuki didn't say anything since he was still trying to not choke. 

"Then we should at least go and-" 

"No one is going there."

All of them paid attention to the voice appearing behind them as it was Alice. 

"Master-" "

Alice, I'm surprised you've finally decided to get outside your comfort zone and step foot out of your little mad world." Phoenix said. 

"I'm not in the mood for idiot jokes from you, Phoenix, as we have more important things right now." Alice spoke. 

"And what is this important thing you speak of? Is it about the Emerald Dragon, Crimson Crow and... the Special Case fighting another member of the League?" Phoenix asked. 

"Yes, but I can tell that any of us could get in the way. Besides, I've seen the member of the League and can tell that she won't be much of a challenge compared to the Emerald Dragon. It helps that I figured out what that member of the League can do." Alice stated.

"Well since we've got all the chatting outta the way, I think it's about I kill you three." Toga said as she pulled her jacket off to reveal some kind of machine resting on her shoulders and back.
