187: Light

Katsuki looked down at the greenette who looked exhausted and annoyed and just a lot of other negative expressions. 

"Do you hate it already?" he asked. 

"Erm- worse, I didn't even really go to school today." Izumi whined. 

"Huh? What's that supposed to mean?" 

"Arg- the second I got to the campus, the Chief was there and practically forced me through a tour of my old high school! Though there were a few things that were different, everything else was the same! And because the Chief wants to be careful, I had to end up meeting my old principal and we had to explain to him why I was having to disguise myself as a student and go to school again! And then I had to meet all of my teachers and explain to them why I'm a student again and that ended up taking all day!!!" the greenette exclaimed. 

"So... you didn't really do anything today." 

"No! And because I had to talk to everyone, I didn't get to have lunch and now I'm starving! I was trying to be nice to everyone, but it was so draining, and why did I think this would be easy?!?!" she yelled.

Though the blond was mad that the greenette left before he could do anything that morning, he did feel a little bad since she didn't look like anything went to plan. 

"And I was actually looking forward to going back to school even if I'm spying." she pouted. 

'Hmph, I was pissed before, but now... she's just so damn cute that I can't take her seriously.' he thought, trying not to laugh. 

"I'm sure it would've been a lot easier if you were there with me, Kacchan. I was so lonely..." she mumbled and looked like she was about to start crying.

Katsuki smiled at her innocence and wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into a warm embrace and started patting her head. 

"Don't worry, it's all over for today, and it's not like this will be forever. Everything will be easier tomorrow, 'kay?" he asked as he looked down at her. 

"'Sniff' You think so, Kacchan?" 

"Tch- who's the adult here? C'mon, let's go home and I'll make you whatever you want." he said as he grabbed her hand. 

"Ah- really?!?! Then can you make me Katsudon?" 

"Sure, and then we can start where we left off this morning." 

"Eh?!?! F-Fine, but nothing more than snuggling!" 

"Hmph, can't promise that." 

"Kacchan!"

After the two of them finished eating dinner, Izumi went to take a shower while Katsuki said he'd clean up the kitchen. Just after Izumi had finished her shower, she ended up packing some clothes into a suitcase. 

Katsuki heard her packing but didn't know what for or why she was doing this. 

'Earlier she was pissed about going to school, and now she's packing- wait- is she... leaving me?!?!' he thought. 

"D-Deku- what're you doing?" 

"Hmph, oh, I'm packing some clothes." 

"Deku... are you... are you leaving me?" he asked nervously. Izumi stopped what she was doing and turned around to look at the blond. 

"Huh? Kacchan, why would I leave you, I clearly said I wished you could go to school with me." 

"I-I know but... is there someone better than me?!?!" he asked with worry.
