Right now it's the middle of night and I'm running to Steves house. He told me multiple times that Scott was a bad guy but I didn't believe him. I guess I had to learn the hard way. Walked in on him cheating on me. The girl freaked out too. He didn't tell her he had a girlfriend. I was screaming at him and she was throwing things at him. I talked to her afterwards she seems like a cool chick. Well now here I am crying my eyes out running to Steve. When I got to his house I knocked on the door and heard him grumbling as he came to answer it.
"Do you have any idea what time it is?" He swung the door open. His face softened when he saw me.
"No." I choked out. Steve didn't say anything but pulled me into a hug.
"It's okay. Get in here." He pulled me in and closed the door again. "Tell me what's happened."
"It's stupid." I say as I walk over to the sorry excuse of a couch he has and flopped down on it.
"Well if it made you cry it's obviously not stupid." He said following my actions.
"It was Scott." I looked at him waiting for an I told you so.
"What'd he do?"
"The bastard was cheating." I told Steve the whole story and he was mad as hell.
"You are the only girl who would become friends with the girl your boyfriend was sleeping with." Steve laughed and I rolled my eyes. "Now I'm going to go kill him!"
"Steve he's not worth the trouble!" I grabbed his arm as he went to leave. "Just stay here with me and tell me how I was to good for him while we watch chick flicks all night." Steve sighed in defeat and turned back around.
"Fine. But can I kill him tomorrow?"
"You do whatever your little heart desires tomorrow." He smiled and sat down beside me slinging his arm over my shoulder.
"What do you wanna watch first?" I smiled and told him my favorite.
"I should've known." He laughed putting the movie in. We watched that one and I fell asleep half way through the next one.
**Steves' POV**
I looked down and saw that (Y/n) had fallen asleep. I told her that Scott guy was no good but she didn't listen. Why can't she see that I love her? You think it'd be obvious with the way I act around her. I wanna tell her but in scared to death it'll ruin our friendship. I started playing with her.
"What am I gonna do with you?" I muttered. When I woke up the next morning (Y/n) wasn't there anymore. I sat up and looked around when I found her in the kitchen. She must be making breakfast.
"About time you got up." She smiled and slid me a plate of pancakes. I quietly thanked her and ate. "Thanks for being here for me."
"No problem." I smiled. "Why didn't you listen to me?"
"I thought he loved me." She sighed. "But I know someone else who loves me. I can't believe I never realized it before now."
"Oh." I felt my heart drop.
"Y'know you talk in your sleep." she smirked.
"What?" Oh no.
"Wanna guess what you said it should I tell you."
"No I've got a pretty good idea." I muttered.
"Did you mean it?"
"Yeah it's true. It's fine if you don't like me back though. I'll get over it."
"I like you too." She smiled. "I was just to scared to tell you."
"Be my girl?" I asked hopefully.
"Sure." She smiled and grabbed my hand. "How 'bout you take me on a date?"
"Of course." I said and led her out of the house.
