"Allie!" I heard my best friend Soda call me. I didn't reply though. Right now I'm just trying to ignore the world. My boyfriend just dumped me for some other girl. He walked into my room and I was curled up into a ball on my bed.

"Go away." I mumbled through the blankets.

"Come on!" He flicked the lights on. "Where's my witty Allie at?" He pulled my covers back and his face softened. "What's wrong?"

"It's nothing." I pulled the covers back over my head.

"Don't you lie to me!" I giggled.

"Jake broke up with me."

"What?" He asked suddenly serious. "Why?"

"For another girl." I said bawling again. Soda didn't say anything. He just crawled into the bed and wrapped me in a hug.

"It's gonna be alright. Just let it out." He rubbed my back as I cried into his shoulder. We sat like that for what felt like hours but was only about ten minutes.

**Sodapops POV**

Allies brown hair was a mess and there was makeup running down her down her face.

"How about I take you to get some ice cream? You can forget all about Jake." She smiled a little.

"Sure." She replied and got out of bed. I cuddled up into the bed and pulled the blankets over me. I swear she has the most comfortable bed. I looked over at her and saw her removing the ruined make up.

"You have freckles?!" I asked shocked.

"Yeah." She said reaching for her makeup.

"Don't put makeup on!" I groaned.

"If I don't where makeup than you can't put grease in your hair!"

"Fine." I ran to the bathroom and washed the grease out. "Now don't put that stuff on." She groaned but put it away. I left so she could get dressed. After about five minutes she was ready. We started walking to the ice cream shop and Allie was real quiet.

"Whachya thinking about?"

"What's so great about her?" Another tear fell from her eye.

"Hey stop thinkin' about him! He's not worth your tears!" She smiled and leaned her head onto my shoulder as we walked.

"You're such a good friend."

"Yeah." I muttered. "Friend."

**Allies POV**

"What?" I didn't hear him.

"Oh nothing." He kind of giggled. I just shrugged it off. He does stuff like that all the time. We finally made it to the ice cream shop and we were having a great time. That is until Jake decided to come in with his new girlfriend. Soda turned and saw them there. "Please. Just stop thinking about him."

"He's the only person who has ever loved me."

"He is not the only person who has ever loved you! I know someone who loves you more then he did!"

"Who?" I challenged. His face went blank and he started getting nervous.

"You know what. Never mind." He wiped his hands on his jeans.

"No. Tell me!"

"Look it doesn't matter."

"You started this now tell me!"

"I love you!" He finally said. "And everytime I saw you with him it just made me angry and jealous because you deserve better!" That was not the answer I expected.

"You love me?" I asked quietly.

"I've loved you since the day I met you." I smiled.

"That's the sweetest thing anyone has ever told me." I said. "But ya wanna know something?"

"Sure."

"I love you too." Soda got the biggest smile on my face one ever seen.

"Really?"

"Really."

"Yea wanna be my girl then?"

"Yeah. I think I do." I laughed.
