Thus was requested by mariavalera100. I hope you like it.

Walking home at night was never something I liked to do. It's dark, cold, and you have to worry about getting jumped by drunk socs. I shivered and put my hands in my pockets at the thought of being jumped. Johnny had been jumped recently and it messed him up. I pushed the thought to the back of my mind and continued walking. I was passing the lot, nearly home, when I heard the rumble of an engine down the street. I turned around and saw a yellow Mustang coming up right beside me.

"What's a greasy girl like you walking home alone for?" The one who was driving slurred. I didn't answer but kept my gaze on the ground. I tried to keep walking but he reached out and grabbed my wrist. "I asked you a question."

"I'm going home, please let me go." I said, never taking my eyes off the ground, hoping they would leave me alone.

"How 'bout we make good use of her?" I heard one chuckle. I then finally looked into the car to see that there is only two them. The driver laughed and nodded his head in agreement as he climbed out of the car.

"No, please let me go." I cried as tears started falling down my face. The first one grabbed my face and brought my mouth to his. It wasn't there very long, my free hand coming up and slapping him in the face. I felt myself be pushed to the ground and looked up to see him shaking his head. He kicked me in the stomach a few times before speaking up again.

"We could've had fun, but you had to go and do that." He growled and the other grabbed my arms, preventing me from getting up. He then straddled my waist and started to punch me in the face.

"Pony! Dally! Darry!" I started screaming for the gang. Praying that they would somehow hear me.

"Shut her up!" One of them screamed, I'm not too sure which. The one behind me shoved a rag in my mouth. While the one continued to hit my face. "How about we ruin that pretty little face for good?" The first asked with a dark chuckle, a switchblade in his hand. He pressed it to my face and laughed as I cried harder and tried to move away. As I felt a cut in my cheek I heard screaming.

"Get off her!" I turned to see Pony and Johnny running towards us. The two Socs quickly stood and git ready to fight. I rolled over, spitting out the rag and layed on the ground in pain. I watched as the four boys fought and would yell out to help every now and then. Pony and Johnny had a bit of an advantage because the Socs are drunk and disoriented. Finally, after what felt like years, the Socs stumbled into their car and drove away.

"Maria!" Pony exclaimed as he raced to my side.

"I'm tired." I mumbled.

"Stay awake." He told me as he lifted me off the ground. "Keep talking to me."

"How does my face look?" I asked him with a small laugh.

"Not too bad, could be better." He said with a small but forced laugh. We reached his house and the entire gang surrounded us as he sat me on the kitchen counter and he grabbed the first aid kit. They all started asking questions and I felt my head start to spin.

"Everyone give her some space!" I heard Darry yell. The boys reluctantly pulled themselves away and went into the living room. Pony and I sat in silence as he doctored the bruises on my face and stomach.

"The cut on your cheek isn't deep enough to scar." He told me as he packed the doctoring stuff into its box. I nodded in response. "I'm really glad your okay." He told me, stepping in between my legs. I placed my arms around his neck and smiled.

"Me too." He slowly leaned in and I felt our lips connect for the first time. He smiled into the kiss but was pulled away. We both turned to see Darry looking at us with a smirk etched on his face.

"I should've known." He smiled. "C'mon, the boys wanna talk to her." Pony's face was beet red as he helped me off of the counter and he led me to the living room. Darry watched us with a knowing smile for the rest of the night.

I've definitely picked the right guy.
