no help from him

After going to the hospital, Diego cared more about going to work and leaving Sandra and his two girls to his mother's then he cared about taking care of his family, everything for Sandra was a real chore given she was extremely anemic and tired, she was raising a new born and a 3 ish year old all by herself, her family and his family helped when they could but Sandra had to be alone to do just of it and take care of him and her family when they needed it, especially her father who's health was declining.
Coming home after taking care of her father, Sandra went in with Sarah to the car seat and Emily to her hip to be breathing and hard to then look over Diego who was already home to not have cleaned anything to be to his phone smoking and watching television.
Sandra looked over him to roll her eyes to place Sarah down to keep Emily to her hip given Emily was being more clingy then usual, Sandra understood why but it was over whelming especially with a new born who needed her to.
Diego then looked to Sandra to place his pipe to his back pocket to eye over her.
"Don't take Sarah out were going to my mom's."
Sandra signed has she was crouching to get Sarah out to still have Emily to her hip to eye over..
"Why?"
"My mom wants to fed you before Sarah's appointment."
"Diego, I ate over at my father's and...."
Diego rolled his eyes to go about to head for the door.
"This is why your still sick, come on."
Sandra watched him go to sign and hard to then get up with Emily to gather Sarah in her heavy car seat to then go to eye Diego who stayed at the door to laugh has he was looking over his phone, Sandra shook her head has she had both girls to wobble up the car to place Sarah in then Emily, Diego closed and locked the door to go to the car to ignore them for them to drive off for Sandra to have a face, Sarah wanted out, she cried the whole time where Diego would tell Sandra to control there daughter and blamed Sandra for Sarah acting this way, even though she was a slight new born and she had been in a car for awhile.
Going to Diego's mother's Sandra was feeling so very tired and exhausted too be forced fed food she wasn't really hungry for, for his mother to watch Emily for Diego and Sandra to go, she had to walk slowly to the front door given she felt like she was going to pass out, for Diego to actually hold onto Sarah which he only did when someone was going to see.
To the waiting room, sandra breathed heavily and Diego actually was giving Sarah attention, when the nurse came to get them, Sandra felt very weird and very tired.
The nurse went over Sarah to see she was perfectly healthy, to then eye over Sandra who was not doing so good.
"Ms. Higgins, are you okay?"
Sandra took in very deep breathes to eye over her.
"Well.... Not really, I feel like I'm going to pass out."
The nurse widened her eyes to have Sandra sit to the chair to take her vitals to then wheel Sandra to the back to get her something to eat and drink too take more vitals for Sandra to have to lay down to place a hand to her head to feel embarrassed and miserable, today was not suppose to be about her but Sarah.
Eventually the nurse came in to let Sandra know everything seemed fine and said it was probably the anemia which Sandra knew, Sandra then was wheeled back with Sarah in her arms given Diego didn't want to hold her, to go to the back door the nurse to complete Sarah's visit for them to eventually go, Diego drove with a face, Sandra looked to him.
"Diego?"
"That was ridiculous Sandra. You're fine."
Sandras face fell to then turn her head to look out the window to sign and hard.
I'm not fine.
Going in silence back to his mother's, Diego went straight to her to talk in Spanish for Diego's mother to go to Sandra to sit next to when she was holding Sarah to bounce her to sleep.
"What is going on with you Sandra? What do you need?"
Sandra parted her lips to eye over her to then look up to eye Diego who was standing to the kitchen with his arms folded to eye over Sandra.
Sandra signed to then eye his mom.
"I'm just really tired, this anemia is killing me."
"You need to eat more and sleep. Tonight you and Diego will sleep here, I will have Emily and Sarah sleep with us."
Sandra looked over her to appreciate the help but Sandra didn't like she was being told not asked, Sandra nodded
"Thank you "
Diego's mother smiled to then get up for Diego to look over Sandra to then turn to go to sit down to eat his mother's food, Sandra looked over his back with a dazed face to then eye down to see Sarah fell asleep, Sandra was holding back from crying, she then looked up when she heard Emily laughing to take in a very deep breathe to then move her body back to continue to hold Sarah, Sandra didn't feel anything when she didn't have her kids, they were the reason why she kept trying with there father and kept trying for herself.
Sandra then signed to close her eyes has her chin started to quiver she was trying so very hard not to cry, her life was extremely hard she barely could talk to her therapist given she was demanded so much at home and with her family and Diegos. Sandra turned her head to take in very deep breathes to be miserable there.
