Settling a lot of things, Sandra went to her lawyer to also consider a restraining order, she was scared of Diego and what he was going to do after he got served the paperwork, her lawyer and paralegals told Sandra he wouldn't do anything but Sandra tried to talk to Diego on and off before this happened to try to get a court house divorce, she just wanted to be done and do a 50/50 custody to where him and her just didn't live together and they both could some how see the girls every day, however talking to him and her lawyer Sandras hope kept going down, after a few weeks Diego told Sandra he had hid money for the family and told get a code, he was starting to become paranoia over the banks.
Sandra was told home much money was in there and she was also saving up money from the joint account to be about to get her and get children out while he got served, has it was placed her eldest sister with her other sister was going to serve him and video tape it.
Sandra was losing sleep over this, she also was becoming more nervous and scared of what was going to happen after.
The day it happened was December 13 2020, she had given Diego a convincing lie about going to take pictures with Santa with her mother and her sister, this happened every year and he never was involved.
The night prior Sandra packed a bag for her and the girls to be able to leave for just a day or two for this to blow over, Sandra made sure to place the bag to the car while he took a shower to then cover has she was shaking the whole time.
Inside he was sitting down to the love seat to be eating to not have a care in the world while Sandra was having a panic attack, she then got the girls ready to then eye her father, he was laying to the couch to be on his tablet, Sandra tried to take her father with her but he wasn't scared of Diego and knew he wasn't going to do anything to him.
Sandra gulped to then get the girls all dressed to then leave and quick, she then texted her older sisters to then meet up with them close by for her to be to the side to be shaking.
"Should.... Should I be doing this? He is going to be real mad, Dad's there and...."
Candra looked over Sandra with a face.
"Sandra, we have the papers, it's going to be okay and he is not going to do anything to dad. Now go to britas, we will see you soon "
Sandra signed to not feel good about this to then get back in her car for her girls to not know what was going on to then go to get sister's.
Sandra getting there made sure to hide her car in the garage, has she knew Diego knew where her sisters lived.
Sandra inside couldn't calm down and talked to her brother in law away from the girls, a bit later Sandra jumped a bit when her sister came in, she then went straight to Candra who looked to Sandra who smiled.
"It's done."
Sandra widened her eyes has a knot started in her stomach she then turned to go to the kitchen with her sister's so they could talk and she saw the video, Diego didn't know why her sisters were there and her sister with a giant smile served him the papers.
Sandra signed. She didn't want to hurt Diego, no matter how much he had hurt her Sandra didn't want to do that to him.
They all eventually went to sit to the table to meet talking while all the kids played for Sandra to keep checking her phone.
"Wonder.... Why he hasn't texted."
Candra shrugged with Brita to the side
"Probably doesn't know what to say, Sandra you did the right thing "
Sandra made a really hard face has she wasn't sure of that, later that night she texted her father who said Diego stayed away from him, went out to get fast food, fire wood, was in the back yard to be having a fire to then be drinking alcohol.
Sandra gritted her teeth, she could tell Diego was hurting.
Sandra then stopped being on her phone to take her girls to a hotel near her sister Brita, Sandra wanted to stay near her family and followed what her lawyer told her to do, just stay away for a bit, Sandra had to also wait for her mother to then be with her to help, she then had her mother and her other sister awisha to come and talk for a bit for them to leave for Sandra to then get her children down for the night to then be to her side to have a hand to her head to eye over them has they slept.
I hope I'm doing the right thing. I just want to keep you two save. Your mother and father were just can't get along any more, I hope this goes by quick and not to bad. I don't want to hurt you or him. I just know you two need a real family, a mother who isn't like this. I just want you two to be happy.
Sandra started to become sad to wipe away her tears has she eyes over her children who slept peacefully and didn't know what was going on.
Sandra then placed her arm over them to continue to eye.
I really love the two of you, I don't think what you two have been seeing great things between your parents, I believe us being away from the other will do you two some good.
Sandra signed to then slowly shut her eyes not to know the hell that was going to come about that never ever went away.
