A few months later, Sandra was not in good shape mentally, she had frequent panic attacks and she never really felt good, there was one time when Diego's grandmother who came in from Mexico to see her family, Sandra didn't feel good and Diego didn't help at all, it made Sandra question so many things about herself has she couldn't tell what she happening, it also didn't help that she had no one to really talk to and no more theripist.
Sandra was almost all alone, it's not like she could talk to her young children about it, she couldn't really talk to her father who was older about it and her sisters didn't really understand and told Sandra to talk to him, to make things work, like Sandras mother in law but everyone didn't understand the situation at all, nothing was working.
To one day in 2020, Sandra picked up her mother has she need to go to an appointment has she thought her father wouldn't be in the best shape to watch the girls to which Sandra was wrong, so her mother chose to go with her, however Sandra couldn't understand why but she couldn't settle down, she felt sick and when she was to the doctors office she felt like she was going to faint, soon when the doctor came in they had Sandra go to another room to lay down to come and check on her a bit later for her mother to have stayed by her side to be confused and worried over her daughter, has Sandra talked just a bit about her life style the doctor had a social worker go in to then sit to eye. Sandra was able to go from her side to her back for them to eye the other..
"So I've heard your not feeling to good, think your having a panic attack, also I heard you talked to your doctor about what is going on at home."
Sandra made a hard face to grit her teeth to remain silent she then looked down has this woman placed her hand to hers.
"Your safe Sandra, can you tell me what is going on?"
Tears started to go down Sandra's eyes, she couldn't keep it to herself anymore, she then started to talk to the social worker about her husband and how he was treating her in great detail, the social worker widened her eyes to make a sullen. Face but kept her smile..
"Sandra, I am so sorry to hear that, also I need to tell you, that is spousal abuse."
Sandra looked to her with confusion.
"Abuse? Diego said you can't abuse your wife."
The social worker then laughed .
"Yes you can actually and it sounds like he is. Do you have children with him?"
Sandra nodded.
"Do you feel in that home?"
Sandras chin quivered to shake her head.
"No I don't, Diego has told me I can't leave and has said at times when I've talked about a break he would kill himself."
"Mm.... Many abusers say those things to keep control over there victims, are you seeing anyone?"
"Diego told me it was a waste of time and I needed to be there for our girls."
"Sounds like he is trying to isolate you, you even said you usually don't have a working car, do you see family, friends?"
"Not has often had I would like.'
"Yeah it sounds like an abuser Sandra, I can give you some paperwork about it and support groups."
Sandra started to take in deep breathes to be confused, everything Diego had need telling her was a lie, he was abusing her and the girls with his behavior, his control issues and anger.
Sandra was able to have the rest of her visit for her mother to then drive her home given Sandra was to weak .
"Sandra......I didn't know..... Are you okay?"
Sandra took in a deep breathe.
"I hope to be."
Sandra took in deep breathes has this was not the first time, nor was it the first time her mother had to drive given a panic attack, at Emily's birthday to a bouncing toys, Diego made Sandra feel so very bad, saying no one liked it and it was horrible, Sandra had a very bad panic attack for her mother to have had to drive her.
Getting back to the house her mother parked the car to then are over her.
"Sandra I....."
"I just want to lay down."
Sandra then got out of the car to wobble a bit to then go straight to her bedroom to then lay to the side to look out the window to feel her body weight, to think about everything that happened today, Sandra kept silent about the abuse and for her to actually talk about it, there was a giant weight off of her.
Sandra then looked down after a bit to see Diego come in to then sit next to her after he closed the doors to eye over her.
"So your mother told me you had a panic attack?"
Sandra started to take in very deep breathes to eye over him..
"I..... Think we need to get a divorce."
Diego raised his eyes to scoff.
"We haven't even. Been married long. Why do you want to hurt our family, what is wrong with you!"
Sandra gulped and hard.
"I'm not happy with you. You treat me so bad and abuse me."
Diego narrowed his eyes.
"You did you talk to?"
"Just..... My doctor.'
Sandra didn't know what Diego would do if she told him about the social worker..
"You need to stop listening to those people, I'm not abusing you, just do things my way, like have dinner done, do dishes and laundry to my standards, make sure the kids are dressed and proper when I come home and actually fuck me on a daily bases, that's all I ask from you. I work every day for you and this family, at a job I finally got into in the office and you do this. You are so selfish!"
Sandra gulped and hard.
"We need to get a divorce Diego. Your obviously not happy."
Diego rolled his eyes to then go to the bathroom to keep the door open to go on his phone to then smoke his drug to then start to laugh to phone the situation for Sandra to eye over him to then look back outside to the tree to eye it over to go into another panic attack has Sandra stood up for herself to get nothing in return.
