In trouble

The next several months Diego and Sandra had there ups and downs to still to be in the relationship. Has the holiday season came about, they spent a little more time with her family here and there however they mainly went to his friends house and to his mother's who gave Sandra looks her and there which she didnt quite understand.
Driving her car to Diego's, Sandra parked to then go to his mother's door to knock for him to answer for Sandra to go in too then eye over Diego.
"Why you putting on your shoes?"
"We're going to suls."
Sandra rolled her eyes to then turn to leave to go straight to Diego's car to wait for him to the side to wrap her arms about herself, Diego said they were going to actually hang out and do something, this happened a lot with him.
Turning she looked to see Diego come out to head to the car to unlock to have Sandra go in.
The two drove to his friends house to be sitting about the circle for everyone even her to be smoking. It was something that helped Sandra when she had to deal with Diego.
Eyeing up, Diego got up to go to Sandra to eye about.
"I'm hungry let's go get something to eat."
"You've been...."
Diego shook his head to then go to his friend.
"Let's all go and get something to eat."
Sandra signed to look down. She didn't like it when Diego drove while intoxicated with smoking and alcohol.
Being pulled up, they all then went into his car to drive to a fast food place.
Sandra sat to the passenger side to have her head turned to look out the window.
A bit later, Diego made a hard face, Sandra turned her head to look over him when he groaned.
"Diego?"
"I'm being pulled over."
Sandra widened her eyes to then turn her head to eye out the back to See police lights.
"Oh shit you are." Sul commented.
Diego then pulled over to look to Sandra..
"Don't say anything."
Sandra nodded to start to freak out a bit, she had drank and smoked, she didn't want to go to jail, she didn't want her family or father to know about this.
Turning his head diego looked to the police on officer with smiles.
"Is there a problem officer?"
"Caught you speeding and you were moving about a bit."
"Oh I'm sorry about that."
The officer looked over Diego to then look about to then eye him once more.
"Sir, have you've been drinking tonight?"
"Nope."
"Mm....sure can you please step out of the vehicle please."
Diego nodded to do just that for Sandra to turn her head like sul to see what was going on, Sandra parted her lips has she saw he had hand cuffs being placed on, sul signed.
"Shit. "
Sandra looked to sul.
"What's going to happen now?"
"Let's see."
The police officer came back to look in.
"So we ran a breathe analyzer on Mr. Derto, came back he has been drinking, can one of you drive?"
Sul got out of the car.
"I can."
Sandra watched sul move about to then go to the driver's side to then drive them off, Sandra kept her head turned to look at the cop car.
"Where..... Are we going?"
"Back to my house. Shit. This sucks."
Sandra looked to him.
"What is going to happen now?"
"Will have to wait and see."
Going back to suls house, sandra went to a chair to then start to research on what was going on what was going to happen next and how she could help, soon sul came out with his girlfriend and brother, eventually her boyfriends ex wife came with her boyfriend for them all to sit down and talk.
"I knew this was going to happen. Diego doesn't think."
Sandra flexed her jaw.
"Well.... Is there anything that can be done. Reading about bail, the only thing I can offer up is my car."
His ex wife shook her head.
"Diego needs to sit in there and think about what he did, he knows not to drink and drive."
Sandra took in a deep breathe to listen to a little bit more of conversations with no one really willing to help to then be able to leave to go straight to his mother's without really thinking.
Knocking to her door, his mother came about to eye over her.
"Sandra..... What's going on? Wheres Diego? It's late "
"Something happened, Diego was arrested, I really don't know where to go and don't want to be alone. Can I go to his room?"
"He was arrested? What for?"
Sandra took in a deep breathe to tell his mother half the truth, she knew Diego didn't tell his mother about the smoking so she kept it back.
"For.... Drinking. We all wanted to get something to eat, tried to get him not to but...."
His mother nodded to then move back for Sandra to go in to go straight to his room to lay down to research more into what she could do to get him out, she then sat up to place her phone to her ear has she got a private call.
"Hello?"
"Hey babe."
"Diego.... What's going on?"
"I have to stay here for the night."
"Fuck......I can put my car up for bail and get you out now. I don't want you to spend a night in jail."
"Don't do that, I'll be out tomorrow. Will you come and get me?"
"Of course. Um.... I'm staying at your mother's."
"Did you.... Tell her?"
"I told her you got arrested for drinking didn't say anything more."
"Okay. Don't tell her I smoke, has a strong opinion about it.'
"I won't. I'm going to go to sleep then so I can come and get you. Hate your in there. I love you "
"It happens. I love you too."
The two got off the phone with the other for Sandra to lay to her back to eye up with a face.
She couldn't help but to be very worried and concerned over him.
