Sandra went to place her body to her car that was to the drive way, to lean herself against to then have her phone going off to record all this, that was something her lawyer told her to do, also to place a password to her phone.
Diego was with his body to his car to be eyeing them.
"So, what did you do today?"
Sandra took in a deep breathe to eye her sister to start to shake with nerves.
Candra shrugged.
"We had a sister day, Sandra needs to get out of the house." She laughed.
Diego nodded to then look to Sandra to then eye her narrowly.
Her sister then pushed forward to let him know she needed to get out more for a meditation to start to happen for them to really start to talk, Diego did most of it, Sandra couldn't really get an edge in.
"Hey we'll from the texts Sandra has been sending to me, I would never let my husband talk to me that way, you two are different but it's still not right."
Diego then laughed it off to then wrap his arms about himself.
Sandra took in a deep gulp to finally chime in.
"The way that you treat me Diego I want a divorce."
Diego then looked to her with anger.
"We've been over this, your going to break the family? We've haven't been married that long, your just going to quit be a quitter?"
Candra made a face.
"From what Sandra has told me she has tried with you, time and time again, has even tried to go to marriage counseling and....."
Diego looked to her to interrupt.
"She won't go."
Sandra widened her eyes with the lie.
"Are you kidding me? You won't go unless they are Mexican and a guy."
The two then looked to her.
"I've tried to sent up an appointment for us and you said you won't go."
"You keep saying your going to set up an appointment and it never happens, I said I won't go because I think we're done."
Diego darkly laugh.
"See, your not even trying."
"Diego, it seems Sandra has tried and tried and now she is just over it. That's okay, maybe you two need to get a divorce and....."
"We haven't even been married that long, this is ridiculous, she just needs to do what I say, clean the house, have the girls clean, Make my food, do the laundry I've told her to do and...."
Sandra shook her head, she couldn't believe Diego was actually telling her sister these things, candra talked about how she didn't like to do chores and Sandra was not a 1950s house wife, she also needed a working car and be able to leave and have somewhat of a life, she also told Diego that he was able to get time off, Sandra was a stay at home mother, she didn't get time off, given when Diego came home he didn't do anything, which was true.
"When I'm home I'm tired, my wife needs to pick up the slack, she doesn't do anything a day."
Sandra took in a deep breathe, candra couldn't help but to darkly laugh.
"Sandra is taking care of the girls, the house, our father your family, she does all of this and doesn't make you do it, she is not a 1950s housewife."
"Sandra is my wife, she is my property."
Sandra widened her eyes to then look to Diego, she couldn't believe he actually said that to her sister, he had been saying these types of things to her in private, never to a person.
"Sandra is a person not property."
"She is my wife, she took the vows, she is mine."
Sandra signed.
"I don't love you any more Diego, it's done."
Diego then looked to her to scoff.
"You are so selfish, you are breaking our family, you just need to do what I say and everything will get better, I am working my ass off for this family."
"Well, I tried to get a job but.....'
"I was in the office, you also don't need to work, be here with the girls."
"Sandra really wanted that job Diego, she was really happy about it, but you and your mother had to bring her down, Sandra should be able to work and...."
Sandras face fell has the two kept arguing back and forth .
"Look, if she wants to leave that's fine, the girls will stay with me, she can go find herself and I'll stay at the house "
"Okay, that's not how this works, Sandra needs to go somewhere, you also just can't take the girls....'
"What about my dad and....."
Diego then looked to Sandra.
"He can stay here, I'm not kicking him out."
My father gives you money no wonder you want him to stay, also you can't maybe the rent alone.
"So your going to kick the mother of your children out?" Candra asked.
"If it's really over yeah. She doesn't need to be here, I can take care of the girls myself, my mom will help me."
Sandra gritted her teeth, she couldn't believe what Diego was saying to her sister .
"Diego, this is a community state you can't just do that, now Sandra wants a 50/50 custody, the children also need there mother has while has there father and...."
"Then Sandra can go about not breaking up the family and actually do what I say then everything will be fine, she is being selfish and not caring about his this is going to affect the girls and......'
Sandra signed has her sister and him kept fighting for her sister to look at her phone again.
"Well my husband is calling and I need to go so...."
"Also I need to know why Sandra has been taking money and...."
"Oh she's been helping me out, my whole place is flooded and....."
"Well you should just tell me about that, my money is yours and...."
Sandra rolled her eyes has the conversation started to wrap up, she couldn't spend the money given every time she did Diego would jump down her throat about it.
Candra then looked to them.
"After we all talked, I think it would be best if you two just didn't talk to the other and really think about this, a divorce is messy."
Candra then left for Sandra to sign to then go in for Diego to be behind her to start to talk to her about it, Sandra signed to turn to eye.
"You know we're not suppose to be talking about this."
"We're not getting a divorce, get that notion out of your head! You are my property!"
Sandra took a huge gulp to then go in to act normal for her children who were playing with her father to then sit down to flex her jaw to be happy for the moment she had a lawyer, she needed to get out.
