A few later, Sandra was to her lawyers office to hear more of what she had to say to start to draw up papers, Sandra had the money to retain her lawyer, Sandra made a decision to fully divorce Diego.
The lawyer then looked up at her.
"So this is your joint account?"
Sandra nodded, Candra looked up from her phone to see the lawyer turn to go to his computer he then looked through some statements to then make a face.
"Huh..... This is odd."
Sandra then got up to go to the lawyer to eye, candra then got up to stand behind.
"What is?"
"This transaction is from a hotel here in this city."
Sandras eyes grew wide.
"A hotel?"
"Have you two been to a hotel?"
"No."
"Mm, well was bought with his card."
Sandra made a hard face.
After that, she then went to sit with her sister for the lawyer to then settle the papers to his desk.
"So when would you like to serve him papers?"
Sandra eyed down has she was thinking about everything.
"Sandra?"
Sandra looked to her lawyer.
"In December, before Christmas. Uuuum, how would this go about? How would he get served?"
"We have an agency."
"Could we do it?"
"Well you can't, and you can't be around when he is served."
"Oh can I do it?"
They both looked to Candra who wore a smile, Sandra then looked to her lawyer.
"Can she?"
"That she can. Okay that's all for today. I will get this going "
Sandra nodded to then get a print out for the hotel to then be in the car with Candra to be eyeing.
"I want to go here, can you take me?"
Candra looked to the paperwork.
"Yeah, it's right around the corner."
Sandra then looked up.
"I can't believe this! Diego is fucking cheating on me! Every time I get my nails done for me he always accuses me of cheating! But he......ugh!"
"Well you've told me he has been coming home later then expected. Let's see if we can find her '
Sandra nodded to then go to the hotel, she went to the front but they wouldn't tell her anything, eventually Candra took her sister back to her house for Sandra to have her mind over thinking all of this, Diego eventually came home for Sandra to turn her head to eye him.
"So...... Who do you have at a hotel?"
Diego widened his eyes to then put on a smirk to then laugh it off, Sandra narrowed her eyes, she was happy her mother was there to have taken the girls outside so she could confront Diego about it.
"What are you talking about?"
"I know Diego! Who do you have at a hotel! Who are you cheating on me with!?"
Regardless if we are technically separated given I sleep in the girls room and you in yours.
"I'm not cheating on you, your crazy. I'm...... I'm helping out a friend who is homeless."
Sandra rolled her eyes.
"Uh huh."
"It's true, would you like to call her?"
"So she can lie to me about you and her. Hell no!"
"You are being overly dramatic, there is moving going on, I'm not cheating on you."
"In the 8 years I've been with you, you have never done this, we are talking about a divorce, we are separated and you have never ever helped some homeless friend!"
Diego then started to laugh at Sandra.
"You are being so ridiculous right now, you can call her, I am not cheating on you, just helping out a friend. You really need some mental help."
Sandra shook her head to then get up to leave the situation.
She knew Diego was cheating on her, they were still married, Sandra couldn't believe this, it was like the story he gave her about his ex wife, the fact he took a shower with her while she was pregnant with another guys baby, and tried to tell Sandra nothing happened, but she knew better.
Sandra to the bedroom, laid to her side to have a hand under her head to look out the window to have tears flowing down. She couldn't believe this was happening.
Sandra then squeezed her eyes shut has she heard foot steps.
"Sandra..... I'm really not cheating on you."
"Diego go away."
"No, I'm trying to have a conversation with you, communicate, also this divorce you kept bringing up, is not going to happen, I'll rip up the paperwork in front of you. You are not going to break up our family, I grew up without my father, my girls are not going to grow up that way."
"Diego! Leave me the fuck alone!"
"Sandra! You are fucking crazy if you believe for one second I'm...."
Sandra then placed her hands over her ears until she heard the slam of the door, Sandra slowly opened her eyes to dart them for more tears to fall, she was in hell living with Diego, Sandra was happy for the moment she was going along with the divorce, she needed to be away from him.
He was mentally, emotionally abusive and now was cheating on her with some other girl to a hotel. Sandra slowly moved her hands down from her ears to then wrap her arms about herself to shake her head a bit has she continued to look out the window.
Everything started to get set, she was planning a date for when Diego was going to be served those paperwork but now Sandra started to shiver.
What would Diego really do when he got the paperwork? How angry was he going to be? What was he going to do to Sandra? What would he do to the girls?
Sandras eyes started to widened has she thought about this, she then slowly moved to her back to eye the ceiling to start to think.
I need to come up with a plan for after Diego gets served that paperwork, we can't be here when that happens, we just can't be.
Sandra placed her hands over her eyes to go into a panic attack. Sandra was very much scared of Diego.
