Has life went, so did a certain thing that Diego would not get off Sandras case about, which was also the real reason he proposed to her, however Sandra wouldn't find that out until later. A new person was running to be president of the United States, now given Diego was illegal and only had a work permit, he was very much trying to force Sandra to vote even though she didn't want to, also she didn't like the other candidate.
So in the kitchen, Sandra was making breakfast to then sign, Diego had been right near her to talk about this.
"You are just being selfish, you need to vote for her, do you want me to get deported?"
"Diego, even if he becomes president that wouldn't just happen."
"You need to vote for her so this doesn't happen."
"Diego, I don't want to vote, never have, never really want to "
"You can be such a bitch. I'm going to get deported then you will be raising Sarah and Emily on your own!"
Sandra rolled her eyes to then turn her head has Diego had turned to leave, Sandra then looked to the corner to see Sarah in her high chair to watch her father leave to then look to her mother to start to cry, Sandra signed to then go to her to take her out of her seat to calm her down to then look to the living room to see Emily playing to then look to Diego who was sitting to the couch to be on his phone, neglecting Emily to have a frown.
Sandra rolled her eyes to go back into the kitchen with her baby to her hip to then get this breakfast going.
By the night, Diego and Sandra were settling down for bed for Sandra to be to her side to then sign.
"You need to vote Sandra, I want to be here for my kids."
"Diego, I don't want to "
"Your going to get me deported."
"Fine! I'll vote, for that third party."
"That's just a wasted vote you need to vote for the opposite."
"Diego I don't like her. I am not going to vote for someone I don't like."
"Then I'm doing to get deported, do you not know this guys immigration policy."
"Again you have a work permit."
"He gets elected I won't be able to renew. Vote Sandra!"
Sandra rolled her eyes to then gather a pillow and a blanket to then go to the couch to lay to it to shake her head. This was becoming ridiculous.
After awhile the man became president and things got a lot worse and tense.
Moving about there home to be cleaning, Diego was to his phone, has the girls were taking a nap, Sandra stopped cleaning to then eye over him.
"Can you help?"
"I'm going to get deported."
"Diego, no your not."
"He is stopping daca. Why didn't you vote, because you didn't vote he won!"
Sandra looked to Diego a bit confused.
"Did you not see how much he won by?"
"If you had voted he wouldn't have won."
Sandra started to blink rapidly, she was dumbfounded.
"Are you being serious right now?"
Diego moved down his phone to then look over Sandra with a very stern and series face.
"Yes I am, because of you, I am going to get deported! Then you are going to have to raise the girls all on your own, this is your fault!"
Sandra parted her lips to dart her eyes to eye down, Diego's words cut deeply in her, Sandra then went about to go to lay down to the bed has she started to have a panic attack.
Awhile later, they all went to his mother's, has Diego left them there, Sandra was sitting to the kitchen to eye over his mother who was over the sink.
"So.... Diego thinks he is going to get deported."
"Why does he think that?"
"Because of the person who has become president. Diego is researching into an immigration lawyer. I gave him a place to try."
"That's good. Yes this man is horrible, but I don't know if he is going to get deported or not."
"Well um.... Your son is blaming me, saying I caused this man to become present, because I didn't vote "
His mother turned her head to eye over Sandra.
"Why didn't you vote?"
"I didn't like the candidates, the one I did like Diego wouldn't let me vote for."
His mother rolled her eyes to then go back to the sink.
"You are the one voting not him, he can't force you."
You have no idea how much he tried.
Sandra nodded to then turn her head to then go to Sarah has she was crying.
Later in the week, Sandra was able to have a call from her therapist and she let him know what happened, the therapist was laughing.
"Are you to be serious? He is blaming you for this man becoming president?"
Sandra nodded to then start to laugh to, it was ridiculously funny.
"Yup."
"Oh I'm sorry, I'm not trying to laugh at any one expense but that is not how it works, one vote doesn't mean a thing."
"I know, but he just keeps on and on with it. I really don't know what to do, I keep trying to talk to him with facts, that doesn't work, I try to talk to him about my feelings and how he makes me feel, which doesn't work, I don't really know what else to do here."
"Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done if he has that mind frame. I'm so sorry Sandra."
Sandra signed to then place her forehead to her cars steering wheel to nod.
"Yeah.....I know. That's really isn't anything anyone can do with this behavior of his."
"Well, unfortunately time is up. Just keep trying to talk to him, also I thought of grounding exercises for you to be able to do, can help with these panic attacks you keep having. I will email them to you."
Sandra nodded again to then hang up the phone call to place her hands to the wheel to sign and hard.
