feeling sad for his mother

Being too her apartment, Sandra was sitting to her bed to be to her computer, to be finishing her homework, she then peered her eyes to the side to watch has her phone went off, she grabbed it to place it to her ear for Diego to invite her over to his mother's house..
"Well.... What are we going to be doing? I have homework I need to do "
"It'll be us staying at my mom's, come over, I miss you "
Sandra made a face to then look over her computer.
"I'll be there soon."
"Great."
Sandra let Diego go to then finish up her homework and fast, after what he said she wanted to be with him.
Getting it all done and quick, she then got up to get her bag together to then go to his mother's for them to eat a big meal to his mother's kitchen table for Diego to then get up with his phone has he eyed it.
"They are here."
Sandra looked up a bit confused .
"They?"
"I invited my friends over to drink. Finish up, clean and come on."
Sandra watched Diego to sign to then do just that to then go outside to help Diego set up some chairs to place about to then sit to eye over Diego who was talking to his friends to be drinking, Sandra was offered a beer to just sip at it, she really didn't want to drink, she was drinking a lot these days.
Placing the beer down she looked over Diego and his friends to talk a bit when she could to then listen to there conversation, there wasn't really anything she could do other then that.
Then his one friend started to drink to much and ruined the vibe.
His other friend sul started to talk and loud to get him to chill, his friends Victor started to go into something really deep and sul was trying to get him to settle down and it was not his house to be doing this.
Sandra kept darting her eyes, she didn't really know what to say or how to react to this.
Diego just stayed to his chair to be watching and drinking without really helping the situation, eventually things started to quiet down and sul was trying to take Victor home due to how he was and this was not the time to be saying or doing those types of things especially when they were at someone else's house.
Diego was talking to them to try to get them to stay and drank even more, he then was trying to go somewhere to eat and drink more, sul placed his foot down to tell Diego that was not going to happen, especially when he was in the car when Diego was arrested the last time this happened.
Diego started to get a bit defensive and was really trying to go driving drunk again, Sandra stepped in to try and get him to not do that either but Diego was not at all trying to listen to any of it, Sandra then got up to go straight into his mother's house to look for his mother, knowing she would be able to help, finding her in the kitchen like always sandra eyed over her.
"Diego is trying to do somewhere while drunk, sul and I are trying to make sure that doesn't happen can you help?"
She looked over Sandra to shake her head.
"That is not good, he shouldn't be drinking and driving."
She then turned to go outside to go straight to her son, he swayed a bit.
Sul looked to him while his other friends started to part.
"You need to listen to your mother Diego, were all going to get going. Have a great night with your girlfriend."
Diego sputtered.
Sandra looked to him with a face to then watch has his mother eyed over him.
"You need to go to sleep."
"I want to go and get something to eat."
"We have food inside, come on, you need to sleep."
Diego made a pouty face like a child for his mother to then grab ahold of him to then take him inside, Sandra walked behind them to steady Diego has she could to then help his mother with him to his bed where he laid down to close his eyes, she then looked over him with a face.
"This is not good. Wished he didn't drink so much."
"I wish that to."
She looked to Sandra to eye her over to then go about to head to the kitchen..
Sandra watched her go to shrug to then go to the door to close it to then get changed to go to the bed to lay to her side to look over Diego.
Why do you drink so much? You have such a great life? You don't have to pay rent, pay any bills and you have a mother who does everything for you. I just don't get this. People drink this much to get away from something, what are you trying to get away from?
Sandra signed to then go to her back to look over the ceiling to be happy she really didn't drink.
How can I help Diego? Every time I talk to him about his drinking he says he'll do whatever the want and he missed being 21 and being able to go and get drunk due to the fact he was in jail, but he drank even before he was 21, I don't think that's a great excuse for what he is doing right now.
Sandra turned her head to look over Diego to make a very hard face.
How can I help you Diego? I think it's because your mother left you in Mexico for so many years to come up here and start another family and the fact you don't have a great relationship with your actual father. I think that's why you drink so much and smoke so much, wish you would open up with what you are feeling about that and maybe I can help you.
Sandra signed to then snuggle a bit closer to Diego to close her eyes.
