Authors notes: Hello:) don't worry the third part of 'Take everything from me' is in progress. But I've been listening to the Kate Bush song 'Army Dreamers' too much this morning. So this is what I ended up with :D

I also wanted to thank all of you.
So if you have any suggestions or requests. Let me know :)

Marjorie walked along the path to the Nursery. The building shone in its new splendour. She walked past a sea of flowers on the wall of the building. She tried not to pay attention to them.

She finally stood in front of the front door and looked for her keys in her pocket.

When the door opened, she immediately noticed the faint smell of paint.

She switched on the light. No one here. The Nursery wouldn't open for another hour.

She walked carefully along the corridor. Until she finally stopped at a wall. Three nails had already been hammered into the wall. They were just waiting for the pictures that would hang there.

"In memory" was written on it.

Marjorie looked around. Everything looked so new and untouched. The last time she was here. She was hospitalised for smoke inhalation.

She tried to block out the painful memory. But it haunted her, every day, every night, every second.

Marjorie heard the front door open again. Charlotte stepped inside. She carried three pictures in her hand.

"Good morning, Marjorie ....," she spoke slowly.

"Morning, my love..." the manager replied.

"So this is where you want them?" asked Charlotte, placing the pictures on the floor. Leaning against the wall.

Marjorie just nodded.

Charlotte reached for the first picture frame and slowly hung the picture up. Sorsha smiled at her there.

"She made music, did you know that? She should have been a musician..." Charlotte said.

"But she almost couldn't do her hobby because of work." Marjorie thought.

Next, the brunette hung up the picture of Autumn.

"She should have taken over the Nursery at some point..." said Charlotte.

"But she couldn't gain enough experience." Marjorie thought again

Charlotte reached for the last painting. She could already feel the tears forming in her eyes.

With a heavy heart, she hung up the picture of Carly.

"She always wanted to be a mum herself. And she would have been such a wonderful one." Tears rolled down her face.

"But she didn't even make it to her twenties," Marjorie thought.

The two women stood there for a moment. Charlotte took a step back to stand level with Marjorie. The two of them looked at the wall.

"What a waste..." Marjorie said.

Now only the wishes and dreams of those they had lost in the fire, would live in these corridors.
