When Siobhan opened the front door, she was expecting anyone but her.

"Janice..." the blonde spoke seriously.

Janice gave her a gentle smile.

"Roger's not here. He's out golfing."

"I know, but he'll be home soon. So I can come in."

Siobhan hesitated for a moment, she had only known Janice for a short time and she was not comfortable with this woman. The wolf in sheepskin.

But eventually Siobhan stepped aside to allow her to enter. Janice seemed to know her way around the house, as she went straight to the kitchen.

Siobhan sighed and followed her. " Would you like something to drink?"

" Very much, red wine please."

Siobhan raised her eyebrow, in her opinion it was still a little too early for alcohol. "Well, may I ask why you're here? What you want to discuss so urgently with Roger?"

She heard Janice giggle softly.
" Of course you can ask. You are his fiancée, after all." Siobhan winced slightly, Janice was deliberately rubbing salt into the wound. " I'm here because we have another problem now."

Siobhan placed the bottle of wine and a glass in front of her. "And that would be?"

"Well, as you know, Roger's little spy has been found out... and now his daughter has also found the bugs that were hidden in the Nursery."

'Bugs?' thought Siobhan. Her heart began to beat faster.

"But don't worry, Roger has another spy in the Nursery, and hopefully she's smarter than Winter."

"Wait a minute... another spy and since when is the Nursery bugged?" Siobhan tried to suppress the panic in her voice.

Janice knew she had struck a nerve with Siobhan. "Yes, Winter was there to control Autumn. Just like Mia had done with Reece. The other spy is supposed to keep an eye on everyone else and she also brings me all the tape recordings, once a week."

Siobhan had to sit down now. She realised how she was slowly turning pale.

"Are you scared Siobhan?" Janice asked in a terribly sweet voice.

"This game you're playing. It's sick!"

" I'd be careful Siobhan, you don't want to burn that bridge with me. I'm the only one protecting you from Roger right now."

Siobhan's eyes shot up and she looked into the deep black eyes of the woman opposite.

"I know a lot about you Siobhan. Only daughter of Arthur Serpent and Melissa Serpent. Your family was quite influential. Unfortunately, your father drank and gambled away all your money. But that's a thing of the past now, I mean, you've got your luxurious life back."

Siobhan looked at her gloomily. "I'm not with Roger because of his money."

Janice smiled slightly. "Of course. You really love him." The sarcasm was unmistakable. Janice's dark eyes pierced through Siobhan. "She's a pretty woman, that nurse you're seeing."

" I don't know what you're talking about."

" You don't? Vivian Smith, works at the city hospital, single parent, her son goes to the nursery. Doesn't that ring a bell?" Janice asked innocently.

Siobhan's jaw tensed and her whole body stiffened.

"I'm not judging you Siobhan. My God, I more than understand. Viv is an attractive woman." She took a big sip from her wine glass. "And sometimes you just want to have some fun."

"Vivian is just a friend," Siobhan hissed.

Janice raised her eyebrows and smiled slightly. " Just a friend? I don't know how you manage your friendships, but I don't fuck my friends at my workplace conference room. " she laughed slightly. " Oh sorry, I meant to say, she fucked you."

Siobhan thought she was going to throw up if Janice told Roger that. She would be as good as dead.

"Don't worry Siobhan. I won't tell Roger anything. Just keep playing his little fiancée and I'll take care of him after the merger. The only thing you have to do for me, is making sure that I get his entire fortune. Then you can be happy with your nurse, for all I care."

Mia had taken the first plane back to England when she got the call from Charlotte. She couldn't believe it.

No matter how much she wanted to go straight home to Charlotte, she had to check on Autumn first. When she rang the doorbell, to her surprise, Marjorie answered.

" Mia."

"Marjorie, I'm not here to look for trouble, I just want to see Autumn," the redhead said calmly.

When she came into the living room with Marjorie, Reece and Autumn were there. There were countless small round objects on the coffee table.

Mia ignored them for the moment and focussed all her attention on Autumn.

" Aut..."

" Not now Mia, I know you just want to be there for me. But we have really big problems right now," said Autumn without looking at Mia.

" What is this?" Mia asked.

"The whole Nursery was bugged," said Reece seriously.

Marjorie stood next to Reece with her arms crossed. "I can't believe Roger is such a genius..."

"He's not," said Mia, walking over to the table, picking up a bug and turning the small object over. On the back was the image of a black widow.

"What does that mean?" asked Reece.

"The Black Widow, that's Janice's nickname. Roger may be a manipulator, but he's not the brains of the whole operation. That's Janice," Mia said seriously.

"This is bigger than we thought. Mia, you have to tell us what you know," said Autumn.

The redhead looked around seriously. "If I unpack Roger's skeletons, I could put you all in danger."

Mia immediately noticed the looks on her and finally gave in. " Roger and Janice are laundering money with the Nurserys."
