Sorscha was thrown into the wall with full force, the collar of her jumper almost ripped. Autumn held her tight and stared her down.

"Let go of me! Or you'll regret it!" hissed Sorscha.

Mia now decided to step in. "Autumn, it's not her."

Autumn gave Sorscha one last nasty look and then let her go.

"You'd all better get a grip! Or I'm out of here!" said Sorscha and stormed out of the office.

Autumn slumped down on the office chair, the whole thing was stressing her out immeasurably. Not only had the man she loved so much lied to her. No, now another person here was a snitch and also lying to everyone.

Mia put her hand on Autumn's shoulder. "We'll figure it out."

Siobhan knew it was getting too dangerous. She could no longer withstand it all. Roger was in his personal office with Janice, and they were discussing something.

This gave her enough time. She left everything behind except her purse and important documents. Then she slipped out of the house. Leaving her car also behind. Siobhan knew she had to be quick.

It was Vivian's day off, and she was more than surprised when Siobhan turned up at her door. The blonde told her everything.

" We have to leave, Viv. Or it could be very dangerous for us," she said desperately.

Vivian agreed, she couldn't jeopardise her son's safety or Siobhan's.

"I have friends in the next town over. We can go there for now."

What Siobhan didn't realise was that she had been seen leaving the house. Janice had to grin slightly. Siobhan was just too weak. But she realised that it wouldn't be long before the whole operation was blown. Roger's other spy was currently in an emotional turmoil. Incomprehensible to Janice, but she realised that love was a strong emotion, and people tended to do dangerous things for it.

Roger was still talking about how they could make more money, and Janice was bored with the whole thing. Her plan to wait until after the merger probably wouldn't work. It was time to pocket the money, to stir up some more trouble. Because if she went down, she would try to take as many people with her as possible and then leave.

"Roger, you're boring to death right now," she said in a soft voice.

The man looked at her angrily. " Careful what you say now!"

Janice grinned slightly, ' Oh no, Roger, you should be careful,' she thought to herself.

Autumn entered her house, it was dark and deserted. Another stab in her heart. She left her things by the front door and made her way towards the living room.

When the smell of cigarettes hit her. She looked into the dark living room. There, on the armchair, she saw a person. Only the end of the cigarette slightly illuminated the room. But Autumn knew immediately who it was.

She entered the room and switched on the light. "Janice!" she growled.

" Hello Autumn, I'm sorry I couldn't get hold of you at work today, so I thought I'd pop in."

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't knock all your teeth out," Autumn hissed.

Janice smiled at her and lifted a folded piece of paper between her fingers. "I think you'll find this very interesting." She stood up and walked over to Autumn, and handed her the paper.

"What's that?" Autumn asked.

Janice took a drag from her cigarette and blew the smoke in Autumn's direction. "This is Winter's current whereabouts. I'm sure you want to talk to him."

Autumn's eyes shot up. Janice just gave her a soft smile.

" But you should hurry, it's getting too hot for Roger's little bird. She's about to abandon the entire thing.," Janice said.

"Who is it!" Autumn shouted, briefly considering whether she should strike after all. But Janice had such a menacing aura.

"She's been with us since the beginning. She felt so safe, that when we first met, she thought she could disrespect me. Now she doesn't even dare speak to me," Janice giggles slightly." But I'm having a good day today. I got what I wanted, and got it rid of a problem. So I'll give you a tip. The obvious answer is usually the right one." With that, Janice left the house. Only leaving the ash residue on the floor behind.

Autumn stared at the address she had given her. A cheap hotel nearby. Her mind was racing. The obvious answer is usually the right one. What the hell did Janice mean.

But then Autumn thought, who had worked at the Nursery since the beginning, who did anyone trust and who would nobody suspect.

Autumn stormed out of the house, she wanted to make her way to Winter. But now she realised who the spy was. She tried to call Mia, but it got straight to voicemail.

"Damn it Mia!" Autumn cursed, and immediately dialled Marjorie's number.

"Autumn? Is everything all right?" Marjorie asked worriedly.

" Janice was just here! I know who the other spy is! It's Charlotte!"

When Winter opened his hotel room door, he was immediately greeted with a fist. He fell back and landed on the floor.

Autumn entered the room and closed the door behind him.

"Autumn..." he stuttered and got to his feet again.

"I just want to know one thing. Why!" Autumn hissed.

" I.... I had money problems... and Roger asked me to make a move on you... and at first... I was just being nice to you to get the money... but over time, I really fell in love with ... but I didn't know how to get out of Roger's grip." he spoke desperately.

"You lied to me and betrayed my trust! You told my father about my miscarriage! How could you!" Tears of rage formed in her eyes.

"That wasn't me! I couldn't betray you like that. Autumn, when I married you, I did it out of love, not because your father wanted me to!"

Autumn lunged at him, throwing him to the ground. "But you let my father's other rat into our house!"

"What?" shouted Winter questioningly.

" Charlotte!"

Autumn saw the confusion on his face. "Autumn, the other spy is not Charlotte..."
