Marjorie had the I Pad in front of her. She kept looking at the last search request. She nervously chewed her fingernails while tapping the wood of the desk with her other hand.

She had so many things on her mind. But one theory had crystallised, but she didn't dare say it.

Autumn had been watching her the whole time. The knocking was getting on her nerves.

"Marjorie! What in God's name is going on?" she finally shouted.

"Oh, it's just the fact that someone here is probably pregnant. But is not telling us..," the manager spoke cautiously.

Autumn looked at her. "When she's ready. She'll tell us." She started typing on the computer again.

But for Marjorie, the subject wasn't over yet. "Don't you have a theory about who it could be?"

Autumn rolled her eyes. "Well, I thought it was you. After all, you were working that night."

Marjorie shifted nervously in her chair. ,, Well... I wasn't the only one here...."
Autumn looked at her. The manager continued. "Reece picked me up that night. He was here briefly too, until I finished."

At this answer, Autumn rolled her eyes even harder. "Marjorie, if my brother thinks you're pregnant. Then just tell him you're not. And besides, why do you think it was him?"

"Reece knows I'm not pregnant! And these search requests can only come from a man. I mean 'how long does a sperm live', no woman would google that!" Marjorie said.

Autumn exhaled loudly. She leant back in her chair and crossed her arms. "What are you getting at?"

The other woman took off her glasses and rubbed her eyes. ,, Well... Reece and I haven't been together that long. And when I rejected him back then. He went straight back to Mia... What if he thinks he got her pregnant?" She looked desperately at Autumn.

But Autumn only had a serious expression on her face. "Then just ask Charlotte. If anyone knows, it's her."

Marjorie looked up, startled. "Are you crazy! How strange would that be? Excuse me Charlotte, could it be that my boyfriend got your girlfriend pregnant?"

What they both didn't realise, however, was that prying ears were listening in on them.

Carly ran down the corridor towards the baby room. She leant into the room. "Charlotte!" she said half loud.

The Women looked up at her questioningly. Carly waved in her direction.

Charlotte approached her. "What's going on? Has something happened?"

Carly grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the room. "Charlotte! I heard something!"

Charlotte looked at her seriously. "How many times do I have to tell you to stop eavesdropping on people?"

But Carly just shook her head. "That's really important! You remember when we saw those things on the I Pad." Charlotte nodded. "I just heard that Marjorie thinks it was Reece. Because he thinks he might have got Mia pregnant!"

Charlotte looked at her, startled. "What?!"

"Yes! Is that true?" asked Carly.

Charlotte had to think seriously for a moment. Whether there were any signs with Mia. But finally she shook her head.
"Not that I know of."
