Request: If the darling had to take vitamins or some medicine, (specifically Risotto) would he require her to take them and would be worried? I believe that Risotto would help the dear if she was lacking iron (I'm in that situation lol) like,cook something healthy Anyway i just love him so much

There's no way in hell Risotto would use his stand on you, even when you're doing the absolute most, he won't call on Metallica to teach you a lesson. Pulling iron from people already has devastating consequences but given that you don't have much iron to spare you would probably need a blood transfusion or casket if he uses his stand for a minor injury. The risk of losing you to complications isn't worth the temporary submission.
In cases where you'd need medicine, vitamins, or require some form of help from medical professionals, you'd get it in a shady way. Until Risotto reaches Passione's "pharmacist", he'll have Illuso steal vitamins and supplements that'll help you. You're not an object to him, you're the love of his life. He'd do everything in his power to keep you nice and healthy while you're in his care even if it means taking you to doctors that abandoned their medical oaths.
You're usually the one that handles the meals since you're mostly at home and aren't employed. It was never a problem for you to choose what the two of you would eat but seeing that you have an iron deficiency and your go to meals don't provide much help, Risotto would start buying groceries that'll help aid your deficiency. You'll start seeing more beans, leafy greens, and maybe even liver appear. He tries to add more to what you already make so it isn't a huge change.
There will never be a time where you stray from your pills or continue to forget to add to your diet now that Risotto has you. You can't remember the last time you felt odd pains and sensations that made you think you were dying. The urge to look up your symptoms hasn't presented itself either. It's a little annoying since you know that Risotto feels vindicated knowing you haven't been this healthy in a while.
