Request: Shared darlings child(ten) start to get suspicious/curious about their dynamics "why is mommy always inside?"

    It doesn't take a genius to manipulate a child into believing their family dynamic is healthy. At the end of the day, the smartest kids are only kids. Mommy could be a danger to herself and those around her due to a mental disorder. The details are always obscure when the curious child asks about what's making you sick, but their fathers assure them that you are safer at home. Who are they to question that?

    Maybe the children are home schooled so they have no way of knowing that their family is messed up, in an alarming amount of ways. What they read and watch is chosen by their fathers so it wouldn't be hard to keep them in a bubble. Hell, if they did go to school it's not like the teachers would be able to do anything. They would be severely beaten for calling social services, unable to press charges because they bribed some cops. 

   There's a high chance that your children look up to their dads because they are amazing when it comes to parenting. They are never too busy to play with them, they're always there when the children are scared for whatever reason, they have an abundance of patience. None of them have ever harmed the kids in any way and because there is nine of them the children get a lot of attention. They haven't had the opportunity to doubt their fathers.

    It's hard to see your parents as the bad guy or question their intentions when they've only ever been your hero, or role model. Unless they witness them do something fucked up, they'll never truly believe their fathers have ruined your life.

    Annoyingly enough, it's not until your daughters get older that they start to realize something's off. They'll start to see that their dads can be pretty controlling when it comes to you. Notice that you've never mentioned your family but their fathers go on about their past all the time. When they do ask you about it they can tell you're trying to be cautious and not say something wrong. Sure you don't seem scared but it's obvious you're walking on eggshells.

    Unlike their brothers they can't afford to have rose tinted glasses when navigating the world. They're aware of how entitled men can be. They know know that entitlement can even be fatal. Considering their dads are all part of a crime syndicate, it won't be hard to believe that their mother was forced to be with them. While they may have been spoiled by their fathers, you're still their mom. They love you too much not to ache at the thought of you being isolated for all those years. They know that they won't be able to "save" you if their dads managed to have you for this long but they still wish things were different.

    That's why they always strive to bring the world home to you when they can. Whether it's in the form of pictures they took at an event or keepsakes from festivals. They want so badly to make you feel as if you didn't miss a single thing. On special days like holidays or birthdays they beg their fathers to take you all out. Reminding them that nothing could go wrong if they're by your side. You know what their doing, and have told them countless times not to worry about it but your girls aren't going to stop trying to make things easier for you.
