Type of Darling They Prefer

Illuso:

A darling that he can control and mold into the perfect pet. Illuso wants them to bend over backward to satisfy his every need. He would do the same for them but obviously, be considered the one in charge. What he says goes, no back talking or complaining about his decisions.

Illuso wants to be with someone that dislikes confrontation and struggles with leading, even better if they can't defend themselves. Illuso knows he isn't the best fighter but he can beat many, you should be part of the many. There's less of a chance for you to rebel against him and a better chance for his manipulation to succeed.

    Formaggio:

Will not be interested in someone who can't seem to detach themselves from responsibilities now and then. Darling has to be able to let loose and have some fun. They don't necessarily have to be into alcoholic beverages or love nightclubs, he just doesn't want to be hounded for his habits and choices.

He lives in the moment and loves the thrills of new experiences as well. Having someone to be adventurous with would be nice and seems less complicated. But honestly, if you aren't and you catch his eye Formaggio would be more than capable of convincing you to be on his level.

    Ghiaccio:

Craves affection and validation, Ghiaccio believes he is a great guy and his abilities are top tier but he's well aware that his anger tends to burn bridges before they're built. Want someone that has shown an interest in him so they'll have to be a friend of his before he makes them his darling.

It helps if darling isn't extremely sensitive and has a bit of patience with him. Ghiaccio can talk louder than he intends and gets annoyed with plenty of things that shouldn't bother him. There will be times where he will shut down a conversation or distance himself before he gets too irritated, but it isn't meant to hurt your feelings or call you bothersome. Ghia just wants to avoid lashing out at you.

    Melone:

Thrives on attention and intimacy so he prefers the cuddly and clingy darlings. Having someone fawn over him and seek him out when they want some lovin sends him over the moon. Melone loves feeling wanted and having an openly affectionate darling has him feeling important and loved for once.

There is a chance of him going after someone that hates his guts since Melone loves the chase. Being able to dance along their nerves and clouding their minds even though they resent him gives him a special kind of high. Especially when it becomes a sort of flirtatious rivalry like you hate him but there's a strange sexual tension lingering in the air.

    Risotto:

He already has to deal with eight adults that bicker and make a problem out of the littlest things daily, the last thing he needs is to come home to a darling that is adamant on working his nerves and fighting against him.

Anyone who he sets his eyes on will either come into his home ready to listen and assume their role or Risotto will set aside his work for a few days to show you why it's best to be cooperative. He will treat his darling like royalty but only if they're well behaved.

Risotto doesn't want his darling to be stripped of their personality or will to live, he just wants someone that'll bring peace into his chaotic life. They can be energetic and animated or sluggish and reserved. As long as they don't make his life harder and accept him as their lover he'll be happy.

    Prosciutto:

Not too picky with his darling since anyone he becomes infatuated with will eventually be expected to transform into his obedient house spouse. But he does have a thing for taming rebellious people.

It inflates his ego tremendously to have you willingly greeting him as he comes home after a long day of work. Just a few weeks ago you swore you'd never give him the satisfaction and you'd rather die than be his precious darling.

Should his darling be less resistant to his desires he will still be content. Having you assume your role sooner and only needing to correct you now and then takes away the frustration and stress. There's also a small chance of Prosciutto resorting to cutting you off from the outside world.

    Pesci:

A lot of people could fall victim to Pesci's twisted love since he has no preferences. All that matters is that you have basic human decency and are aware that it being kind is free. In the mafia world, he's constantly surrounded by self-absorbed adults {Illuso} who choose to be cruel and heartless {Sorbet & Gelato} for the hell of it. 

Pesci would gravitate towards someone who is kind to others and will be patient with him since he isn't the most confident and outspoken. That doesn't mean you have to be the new Snow White, he knows everyone has their limits and pet peeves. Darling could be a regular civilian or be associated with Passione. Either way, he will fall for you nonetheless.

If darling is a malicious person who always picks on others for their enjoyment or lifts themselves by stepping on others, it's complicated. Pesci hates people like that. However, it may turn into a relationship where he tries to change or train them to be better by his standards.

    Sorbet & Gelato:

Also not too focused on certain traits. Simply looking for a toy in the beginning. They usually grab an unsuspecting civilian off the streets or maybe someone they decided to thrill kill and go from there.

For some reason this time is different. Gelato is convincing Sorbet that there's something special about you and is begging him to keep you around. Maybe it's the way you still make an effort to speak up and defend yourself even though you're clearly at a disadvantage.

Or maybe Sorbet wants a housekeeper but doesn't want to pay housekeeping fees when they could just train someone willing to do it in exchange for keeping their life. Slowly as they're searching for the perfect candidate it becomes a search for a potential third since they're going to be around for quite some time.

Either way, as long as they're on the same page and can agree that someone is worth the effort they don't really care.
