Luke let me borrow an amplifier. Since no one was home, I guess I should take advantage of the opportunity and practice a song or two. Y/N went home to get something, but she would come back soon. I still can't believe she bought me a bass, it's incredible. I looked up how to play American Idiot on my phone, but a text message from Luke interrupted me.
Luke: Y/N got you a bass?
I replied.
Cal: How'd you know?
Luke: Mike told me.
Cal: How'd he know?
Luke: He drove Y/N to Guitar Centre
Cal: Oh, well yeah. She gave it to me earlier today
Luke: WE CAN BE AN ACTUAL BAND NOW!
Cal: If I figure out how to play a few notes, yeah.
Y/N walked in and Luke left me on read.
"I'm back," she said, walking in and sitting next to me.
"What'd you get?" I asked.
"You like Green Day, right?" she asked. I nodded my head.
"Here, found it in my dad's room," she said, handing me a book filled with Green Day songs.
"This is awesome, thanks, love," I said, kissing her cheek.
"Did your dad play bass?" I asked.
"I don't know, I don't even know why he has it. I just saw it when I was getting my phone," she said. Just then, I got a text from Michael...
Michael: Meet at Luke's house, he has song ideas ig. Bring Y/N.
"Want to go to Luke's?" I asked her.
"Sure, doing another cover?" she asked, getting off my bed and getting her shoes.
"Mike says Luke has song ideas," I said. We walked downstairs and I drove to Luke's.

"Okay, so we have two new songs now," I said in shock.
"Only took us all day," Luke said, sitting back.
"For one day, we did pretty good," Michael said.
"Should we play them again? Make sure we have everything written down?" Ashton asked.
"Yeah," we said in agreement. Y/N and Aleisha were out picking up the pizza since they didn't deliver here.
I started playing the notes on my bass. I admit, I wasn't doing that good, but we got the idea of it, I just had to practice a bit more. I began to sing...
