Jacob was out getting grocceries when a woman came up to him.
She fixed her hair then winked. "Well, hi there."
Jacob sighed. This happened way too often for his taste...
He held up his hand with the ring on it. "Sorry, married."
He kept walking, grabbing the cereal his daughter had been raving about and putting it in the cart. She hugged his arm and he tried to move it away gently. But... She was stronger than it appeared. Her perfume was strong...and...
She released him and immediately began running. Something went wrong in Jacob's mind. An allergy...a secret allergy... That had activated his instincts of pure, unhuman-like rage. For once, 'Jacob smash!' was not a joke... This was reality. Jacob tried to fight it as Rylee fought through his mind to reach him, but it was too late. His mind changed, his true self buried, and he became another person. Rylee was shoved out of his mind harshly. Even his mind seemed stronger...and it hurt... Rylee passed out, her sitting up now being lying down on the couch.Jacob's eyes reopened and he growled. "I will not be supressed ANY LONGER!"
"Uh...are you okay, bro?" a teenager asked.
Jacob's eyes narrowed intensely and he punched a table. It broke into pieces. He then flipped the entire row a shelves on their row without breaking a sweat. Somewhere, buried beneath, Jacob was enjoying using his muscles...
But no! He could hurt someone... Please please please no...
The Jacob in charge didn't care and continued his rampage of the store. Finally, once it was trashed, he moved to the streets. He destroyed every object in his path, but never hurt anyone. But that didn't stop the screaming people, fearing for their lives... Or the FBI approaching. When Nate got the call, he never thought he'd have to stop the world's strongest - and invincible - man. He was such an innocent, kind person. What was happening? He ordered an evacuation of the city and then texted Steven, Charles, Aspen, and Casey to alert them of the...issue.
The woman smirked. "That's right... Destroy them. You won't be supressed any longer, Jacob... Destroy...it...all." She laughed harshly.
"If you want something done correctly..." the boss began, going into his failure speech. "Wait, you actually succeeded?"
"Yes... I did," she smirked. "He's on a rampage."
"Perfect... That will be all for now, Constance," he stated. He paused for a moment, then complimented her with, "Well done."
The call immediately ended and she smirked. The city would be rubble soon enough... And even if it wasn't, the damage had already been done. Jacob had betrayed the world's trust...all because of her. Just like the boss ordered. The police had arrived and gave him a warning.
"Stand down or we will open fire!" the chief yelled.
"I will not be supressed!" Jacob yelled, continuing and leaving them alone.
They began firing, but it didn't even break his skin. Eventually, they ceased. When Nate arrived with his men, everything changed. Radiating with authority and with everyone notified, he waited for a plan. Jacob turned and looked at him, frozen. His mouth forming the word 'help' before he jerked back to what he was doing... A rampage. He ran a hand through his hair with stress. How did you stop an invincible man who was also the strongest in the world? He hoped Charles, Casey, Aspen, Steven... Someone. Anyone had an idea. Maybe even Rylee...He quickly texted her then told everyone else to hurry as he watched Jacob's body do something it had never done... Destroy. He never hurt anyone though. Only destroyed. But why?
