OCs 2 - the Sequel

Part 2

Ginger sat there calmly for a while. Soon enough, the door opened and Julia walked in.
The woman walked in, raising an eyebrow. "Well, well, well... This is unexpected. Do you have my money or should I raise my price to include your family?" she asked, smirking.
"Your game is over, Ashley," Julia said calmly.
Ashley rolled her eyes. "Restrain her and put her next to Ginger."
Ginger's eyes widened for Julia. The guards began walking over to her and Julia just sighed, whispering something - seemingly to herself - before touching her necklace, which began to glow. She threw out her hands and both guards were slammed into the wall. Ashley and Ginger's eyes widened. Ashley scowled and ran over to her. Julia simply lifted her hand and turned it over and Ashley was held upside down. She gently set Ashley down next to the guards before making plants grow to tie them all up. Once the coast was clear, Julia snapped out of it and the necklace stopped glowing. She stumbled over to where Ginger was before falling to her knees beside her.
"Julia? Are you okay?" Ginger asked, frowning in concern.
Julia took a deep breath. "Yeah... Sorry it took so long. It's just when Val gives me her strength... When she stops, it takes a moment to adjust to being so...weak, I guess?"
Julia shrugged and began untying the bonds. "Also, the police will be here soon, as well as several news crews. Please don't mention what I did...with the whole powers thing..."
Ginger rubbed her wrists and stood. "I understand completely... I won't say a word about powers. Thanks Julia."
Julia smiled. "Anytime."
"You should probably go... I'll make something up," Ginger advised.
"Got it. Lock your door next time!" Julia called before running out the back.
The next thing she knew, the police, papparazzi, and news crews arrived. Ginger took a deep breath before walking out... At least someone had come to save her at all.
