Moving On 2

Hailey ran on the ship, tears streaming down her face. She ran into Leah and then fell back since Leah is a lot more sturdy.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa... Hailey, what's wrong?" Leah said, offering her a hand up.
Hailey sniffed and took her hand, standing. "My dad left with his new wife without saying g-goodbye and no one knows where he is... I... I don't like how he hurt my mom b-but..."
She went back to crying and Leah frowned, pulling her into a hug.
"Any idea where he went?" Leah asked gently, hugging Hailey closely.
"A-all mom said i-is... Somewhere near C-Coruscant..." Hailey said shakily.
Leah's eyes widened. "Coruscant? Why would he...?" She trailed off, thinking, then said, "I think it's about time I had a talk with your father, Hailey..."
Leah pulled away and Hailey looked up at her through tears.
"What do y-you m-mean...?" Hailey asked, wiping away her tears.
Leah wiped away her tears then smiled slightly. "Don't worry about it... Go be with Clyde. And if they wonder about me, I'm having a word with an...old friend."
Hailey sniffed. "Okay... Thanks Mrs-"
"Leah," she immediately corrected. "Just Leah is fine."
"Thanks Leah..." Hailey repeated.
"Anytime, kiddo," Leah smiled before walking out.
Hailey walked in the ship, still crying slightly and by this point, ignoring the tears streaming down her face.
