Celeste tried to connect the last piece and then it shorted out again before shattering. Her eyes widened before filling with tears. She couldn't do it... Why couldn't she do it? She had to save Nate... She couldn't let him die again...
Val slowly walked in. "Ros...?"
Celeste cleared her throat and wiped away her tears, turning to face her little sister. "Yes?"
Val frowned at her tears. "What's wrong...?"
Celeste forced a smile. "Nothing... Just...just tired or something... I'm fine..."
Val looked at the desk and saw the shards of the crystal, eyes widening. "I-it's... It's shattered..."
"Don't worry, we'll find a way... We...I...have to..." Celeste replied, frowning.
Val was quiet for a moment. "He already lost his powers didn't he?"
Celeste frowned more. "Not entirely, but...yes... He hasn't said anything, but I can feel it. He's trying to be strong... Within the hour, he will lose the rest of his powers."
Val frowned and sat down, closing her eyes and lowering her head."Teresa... Did you hear that?" Val asked.
"I did. You can bring Rybrospo back, but it has to be tomorrow. If you don't put it back at the right time in the right place, it won't make a difference at all. It needs to be back in sync with the universe," Teresa warned.
Val sighed in relief and smiled. "Thanks, Teresa! I can't wait."
"Me neither," Teresa replied. "I'll make preparations."Val opened her eyes and looked at Celeste. "I have a solution... ...Rybrospo isn't really gone. I can bring it back, but it has to be tomorrow..."
Celeste stared at her in silence for several seconds. "...Rybrospo...i-is..."
Val nodded. "When I 'destroyed it,' I actually put it in another dimension all by itself... I didn't realize at first. But now, I have permission to put it back."
Celeste smiled. "That's amazing news, Val... It'll save Nate too!"
"Yep!" Val replied cheerfully, smiling back.
Celeste walked over and hugged her, beaming. "As soon as you possibly can, okay? Go get some rest."
Val smiled and walked out while Celeste took a nap. She was starting to walk to her room when the entire place shook. She lost her balance and fell, hitting her head hard.
"Whoa, weird... Hello?" the stranger said, walking around.
Celeste walked out and saw Val. "Val! Are you okay?"
She walked over and then noticed the stranger walk into the hall.
The stranger waved. "Hi- oh dear. Is she alright?"
He hurried over and kneeled beside her, touching her arm.
"I hope so... Who are you?" Celeste asked, glancing at him.
"My name is Ryan," he greeted. "I'm from Rybrospo and I sensed some of my people were here... Hello."
"Oh, that's great! My name is Celeste and this is my sister Valentina. We're actually planning to bring the planet back soon... Well... If Val feels up for it after that fall... Her poor head... I should heal it..." Celeste replied, starting to reach her hand out.
"No, please... Allow me to assist," he said, giving her a smile as he reached his hand out.
He 'healed' her then picked her up. "She should probably rest now..."
"Well, aren't you a gentleman," Celeste laughed, shaking her head. "Follow me."
She walked off and Ryan followed. After Ryan carried Val to her room, he and Celeste began discussing Rybrospo and their lives. Celeste ended up gladly welcoming who she viewed as a young one, only being 491, and then went to introduce him to the others...
