Bailey burst in Brooke and Ryland's house and just stared at Brooke, eyes widened.
"Hi to you too, little sister," Brooke greeted. "What do you want?"
Bailey opened her mouth, hesitating. "I-I... I saw the future..."
"Nothing new," Brooke shrugged, eating another handful of popcorn.
"Brooke, there's this guy-"
"You? Dating? Ooohhh, never thought it'd happen. Go on?" Brooke grinned.
Bailey rolled her eyes. "No Brooke, there's-"
"Oh sorry. I was wrong. Of course you wouldn't be dating-" Brooke began.
"Brooke!" Bailey yelled. Brooke silenced and stared at her. Bailey lowered her voice to normal. "It's... The world... He plans to take it over..."
"Who is he?" Brooke asked, popping her knuckles.
Bailey vigorously shook her head. "No! Don't. Listen. He's...powers maybe? I'm not sure... All I saw was he threw...Jacob, I think, from a skyscraper... He blocked lightning... And there was a girl that looked like him, staring him down. That's all I know..."
"Jacob? Oh, he'll be fine. He's tough. He sounds bad though. Can't wait to take him down," Brooke said.
Bailey sighed. "Could you try to take this seriously?"
"You never saw if we won or lost, so it's up to chance. I think we will win and I'll stick with that until I get proven wrong. We have Casey, Jacob, Dayton, Aspen, Rylee, Brandon I suppose, Lucia, Xaiver, Blane, and probably more. We outnumber this guy."
Bailey sighed and ran a hand through her hair. "Believe what you'd like, Olivia."
She then turned and walked out.
"Don't call me Olivia!" Brooke yelled.
The door shut as she left and Brooke sighed.

She refused to be intimidated. She continued watching TV and eating her popcorn. She'd just have to see what happened... Maybe she should tell Charl- ...no. He's retired and Bailey was probably overexaggerating. No precautions needed and easy takedown. Who could go against like 10 people? One guy with powers? No... She didn't think so. She refused to think so.

Ender tsked. She could have affected the future... Bailey told the wrong girl.
"Oh Brooke... When will you stop avoiding the truth?" Ender muttered.
