OCs 2 - the Sequel

Alone

Alyssa spent a lot of time alone and with their little boy. Little Carson kept her days from being sad. Apparently, Jenna said there had been a lot to do lately for rulers. Alyssa understood, but she felt alone and neglected. She barely spent any time with Marcus anymore...

She knew he was busy, but she felt alone. Alyssa was so thankful she had her sweet baby boy to keep her company at least.

Alyssa sat in the rocking chair while Carson slept, looking through her pictures on her phone. She frowned at the lack of Marcus. There were so many of her and Carson or just Carson, but not very many of Marcus with them.

She sighed. "Just when I thought having an arranged marriage wasn't so bad..."

Alyssa stood and glanced at her sleeping child before walking off to her room. She walked in and plopped on the bed, lying down. She hugged Marcus's pillow and sighed, closing her eyes and trying to take a nap before Carson woke up.
