Jacob put up Christmas decorations while Aspen and the kids were asleep. He had never really been able to help before Val took back his powers, but now, he felt free. He hadn't exactly told Aspen yet, but... To be fair, he didn't want it to be a big deal.

Jacob felt like powers had ruined his life. He cringed at the memories, not wanting to remember the years of his life that were stolen from him.

Sadia watched quietly. No one could see or hear her unless she wanted them to, but she still was always so quiet. He was going to regret his decision... Sadia was sure of it. But she'd let him enjoy it for now...

Sadia missed being real, but she sacrificed herself to save Arcadia and she regretted nothing from that day... Except that it separated them... She shook her head and went off to check on others.

Sadia checked in on Grace, who was still asleep. Arc had saved her, but she was still trying to fully recover. Sadia shook her head and reached out her hand, speeding up the process.

But with Chloe taking her place, they seemed to have moved on. She understood, she thought with a small smile. But Sadia just wanted to be real.

"If you just joined me, you could be real again."
Sadia turned to face the person, glaring. "I'll never help you."
"Then you and I will remain out of existance forever."
"Fine by me. Just stay away from me."
Sadia disappeared, leaving the person alone.
The person grumbled. "I see... I'll have to be more...persuasive..."
