Jonathan Coleman - son of the CEO of Coleman Inc. and Coleman Industries - has just graduated highschool with a rather average GPA. Will this boy truly be the heir to the company? At the moment, he has no plans for college, much to his family's dismay.

He's been working in public relations for another company and incessantly studying various autobiographies. Perhaps the company will be given to a more capable young man than Jonathan.

Jonathan Coleman has joined a college around a year after his high school graduation and is taking online courses studying business. He began working in his father's company and has already made a major impact to many employees.

He was on the show Undercover Boss recently and worked with his father's employees. The managers he worked under were all given a raise and the employees a bonus.

After that experience, he worked for each department under a boss for a month each, insisting to be treated no differently. He has said he learned a lot about business and his employees.

Jonathan recently turned 18 and Mr. Coleman has stated he'll be retiring soon. The real question is whether or not the CEO will leave the company to his business-eccentric son or not.

Jonathan Coleman became CEO and united the company's previous names under Cole Industries. The company's advertisements have become clearly more creative and a lot more frequent to see.

Multiple employees have stated their work conditions have been immensely improved since Jonathan took over. He is halfway through his second year of online college at the moment, but is already in business - without a degree. The company's earnings have increased by 48% in his first month working there as CEO.

Although he has had immense success so far, the methods he uses are questionable. He has brainstorming sessions, mandatory thinking times, trampoline brainstorming, and hobby times in addition to regular work. Time will tell if this business-eccentric, handsome CEO will succeed...or fail.
