"We're missing a groom" Quinn sang gently to herself nervously as she made her way quickly through the house. It was very early in the morning but Alice, Rosalie and Quinn had already done their hair and makeup and now only had to get dressed- they weren't at risk of ruining their makeup before the ceremony. The blonde best woman was in charge of the males in the house while everything was carefully prepared.

"Are you okay, love?" Carlisle questioned, grabbing her by the waist as she passed and she jumped slightly before laughing as she was pulled close to him. Grinning, she pushed up onto her feet to press a kiss to his lips and his eyes assessed her, she was impossibly more beautiful today with her hair curled to perfection down her back and her already-flawless features perfected with a slight dusting of makeup. Though, her ordinary clothing didn't at all match.

"Much better now that you're here" she hummed and he chuckled. "However, if Alice sees that you aren't ready yet, she'll have a head fit" Quinn laughed.

"We have hours yet, my darling" he assured and she smiled in a content hum as he pressed a kiss to her forehead.

"No, Carlisle, we don't" Alice clipped from the top of the stairs, drawn in by the sound of her own name. "The guests will be coming early, which means we have to be ready early and Esme needs you in the kitchen. Humans eat things at weddings, don't you know" she snapped and Carlisle sighed, looking down at his fiance as Alice disappeared again to tend to a flustered Bella.

"You look stunning Love," he assured her, kissing her once on the lips before following Alices orders and Quinn was back to scampering around the house in search of the men.

"Please, Lord, let him still have eyebrows" Quinn begged gently as she assessed the many rooms of the Cullen mansion and a chuckle was the thing to finally break her panic.

"I still have eyebrows" Edward assured and as she turned to see him, relief washed over her face though a mask of horror quickly took its place as she took in the four gentlemen.

"What have you been doing? Wrestling in a pig pen? You, you and you go and shower, your suits are in my room and no, I don't care that it is four hours early, you either listen to me now or face the wrath of Alice" she spoke quickly and they all exchanged scattery expressions before flashing away to their respective locations. Looking at Edward, Quinn finally smiled pleasantly.

"Rough night?" Edward teased and she glared at his mockery. "You look very pretty by the way."

"Yeah yeah, whatever. Now let's make you pretty" she giggled as she poked him in the back, pushing him up the stairs. "You aren't allowed anywhere near Bella because I don't want to be harmed by Alice today."

"She's really that bad, today, huh?" Edward chuckled.

"Trust me, she's more of a control freak than I am" Quinn giggled and he rolled his eyes as she pushed him into his bedroom. Edward's eyes scanned the room quickly, falling upon an array of things that weren't there when he left. "You need a shower, and I have been instructed to make sure you wear your good underwear" she giggled and Edward scoffed.

"As opposed to what?" he questioned as he opened the top drawer of his chest of drawers to search through the many pairs of identical black underwear.

"I don't know, spiderman boxers?" she shrugged as she flopped to sit on his bed, humming to herself.

"Are you just going to stay there?" he laughed and she shrugged.

"It saves me from having to help on kitchen duty" Quinn returned and he laughed but accepted her answer as he trudged into the ensuite, even as the water started, she knew he heard her when she spoke. "I haven't been allowed to see Bella, by the way, so you can't peak in my head to see what she looks like."

"I wasn't going to" he returned from the other side of the door.

"Sure sure" she hummed and swung her legs back and forth. When Edward finally reemerged wearing his suit, she clapped with an excitable grin before jumping to her feet and forcing him to sit in a chair at his desk.

"Now what are you doing?" Edward asked calmly and she ignored him as she brought out a hair drier, comb and gel to fix his hair. Edward reached up to take the comb from her but she slapped his fingers away gently.

"I have strict orders Edward, don't get me in trouble" she mocked as she started to construct the perfect quiff that he always wore. The older vampire just resigned to his fate of being a living Ken doll as she fixed up his hair and rearranged his tie and collar, running a lint roller unnecessarily over where he stood.

"Thank you Quinn" he finally breathed and she smiled. "I--I was nervous but, you have made me feel much better" he coughed awkwardly and she grinned in response, feeling rather proud of herself.

"Carlisle said this is a 'boutonnière' and that you need one" she informed as she slipped a flower into his suit jacket. "Perfect" she grinned as she stepped back to assess him. "I need to go and get dressed but I will meet you downstairs to greet the guests?"

"Yes," he stated simply and she smiled before suddenly getting caught off guard when he pulled her into a hug though, after a second, she hugged back with furious intensity. Vaguely, she was aware of the way Alice yelled at Emmett about needing to shine his shoes in the distance but she ignored it as she shoved the lint roller into the groom's hand and left. On the way through the bedroom door, she crossed paths with Carlisle who was on his way to keep his son company.

"I love you" the doctor stated suddenly as they met in the hallway and she giggled in gentle confusion. "We will have to be on our best behaviour today so I just wanted to say it one last time"

"I love you too, Carlisle," she promised and pushed up onto her tiptoes to kiss him deeply.
