Even though I had told Paul it wouldn't be a problem to watch the triplets, I quickly regretted it. It wasn't the girls that were the problem, it was my son. He had already ripped his diaper(size 6), peed all over Eric and was now trying to eat sand.
Delilah was yelling at the top of her lungs, causing Hannah to cry in frustration and people to stare.
"Gene! Damn! Draco has no more diapers!"
"Use damned duct tape!" I yell, tossing Eric a roll. "Tape the damned diaper together!"
I watched Eric duct tape the diaper together as I stuck a bottle in Delilah's mouth. Once she calmed down, so did Hannah. Taylor was asleep and Aurora was watching the birds. I had a massive headache so when Paul called, I groaned.
After listening to him tell me he had slapped Tommy, I lost it. "Are you an idiot!?"
"No. I'm just tired of his immaturity. He stopped taking his meds and he keeps repeating the same mistakes."
"Then maybe it's you, not him!" I snapped and hung up.
"Geneie, let's just go home." said Eric quietly. I could sense he had been listening.
Sighing, I started packing up all the stuff. "I don't deserve you."
"I know but you're stuck with me." laughed Eric.
We managed to get all 5 kids in the SUV and headed back home.
I hope Paul doesn't leave Tommy but I can tell he's headed that way. I decided not to bring it up to Eric yet. He's very protective of Tommy.
