It was three in the morning when Paul heard his phone going off. Making sure not to wake Tommy, Paul grabbed it and quickly answered. "Gene!?"

"Paul. Eric. Hospital. Again. Scared. Need. You. To. Watch. The. Kids." Gene managed to get out before breaking into tears. Paul told him that he'd be over as soon as he could. "I'll stay with them. Are you at home?"

"No, I'm at the hospital. Room 110. They're all asleep right now. "

"Gene, I'll be there. I will pick them up, go by the house, get yours and Eric's things and pack a bag for the kids. I'll bring the things you two need and then I'll take the kids home."

"Since the kiddos are asleep, just go by the house first. Drop mine and Eric's stuff off and then take the kids home."

"Alright."

Paul had just hung up when Tommy put his arms around him. "What's wrong, baby?"

Filling Tommy in as he dressed, Paul promised he'd be back soon. "Sorry to wake you."

"M'okay. I'll get the bed set up in the next room." Tommy sleepily headed to the guest room and started getting it ready. He was done in about thirty minutes or so. Since he couldn't go back to sleep, he headed down to make coffee.

Paul came in around five carrying Jason and Jenny. He handed Jenny to Tommy and laid Jason in the bed. Tommy tucked them in and went to help Paul. He took Delilah as Paul carried a sleeping Draco in. Soon all four were tucked in and covered up.

"Coming back to bed, Tom?"

"No, I can't go back to sleep. I already made coffee."

"Aw, I wanted to cuddle." pouted Paul.

Tommy rolled his eyes and followed Paul back to the bedroom. He was soon asleep again. Paul was the one that stayed awake.

Around eight, all 8 kids were awake and in the kitchen. Jenny was sitting with Aurora and Mady, Jason and Draco were clinging to Paul and Taylor had Hannah and Delilah with her in the living room. Tommy was passing out plates to the kids while Paul fixed his. They explained to the other four what was going on.

"Mama no be home today?" asked Delilah.

"No, not today. Maybe soon though. " said Paul.

Tommy suggested taking the kids to the park later. He said it would be good for them to be outside and not thinking about Eric.

They wanted to go swimming too.

"I can go by and pick up bathing suits. " said Paul.

"I think they're still here." said Tommy. "I'll go check."

The ten of them headed out around eleven.
