Doctor's Appointment

March rolled around and it was time for Tommy's sonogram. He was barely 5 months along. "Paul? Do you think it's too early for a sonogram? I'm barely 5 months."

"Hm, baby, I guess if we can't tell this time, we can schedule another one for next month. I mean if we have another girl at least we don't have to repaint the nursery or anything and we have plenty of clothes to start off with."

Tommy told Paul that the triplets had a doctor's appointment the following week. It will be their six month checkup." "Eric said that Draco already weighs fifteen pounds and Delilah weighs nine."

"Fifteen!" "Good God!" "No wonder Gene buys diapers every week."

Tommy finished getting ready and handed Paul the diaper bag. "I told Gene he and Eric could watch the girls."

"Hope they don't get squashed."

After dropping off the triplets, Paul drove tommy to his doctor's appointment. He held Tommy's hand during the appointment. "Is it too early to tell the gender?" asked Tommy as he laid on the table.

"We'll find that out soon."

A few minutes later, the technician turned the screen around. "Do you want to see ?" she asked. 

"Paul?" questioned Tommy. 

"Yes, I'm ready."

The technician pointed to the dark shadow. "The baby is healthy from what I can see. I believe you two are having......another girl." "I can't tell for sure." "Let me try from another angle."

The technician soon printed out the sonogram picture. "You're having another girl."

"Well, we need another name then." said Paul.

"How about Madyson Paige? Then all of the letters of our first names will be included?"

"Madyson Paige? I like that. I wonder who she'll look like."

Tommy knew she wouldn't look like Hannah. "Maybe she'll look like you."

After the sonogram, Paul asked if Tommy wanted to go eat and shop." "After all, we do have a new princess to buy for."

"Sure, if I can buy something for you."

"Why would I-oh, I'm so sorry for acting like that."

Tommy kissed Paul's cheek as they drove to the steak place.
