A few days had passed since Tommy had burned himself. His hand was feeling better so he got up to go outside and check on the work. Paul was outside with the girls who were super excited to be "helping."
"Paul, I have an idea." said Tommy from the porch. "Do you want to hear it?"
"Sure, baby. What's your idea?"
Tommy asked if they could have a barbeque for everyone when the work is done. "We can invite Gene and Eric, their kids, Bruce, Pat and even Mickey and the work crew." "I know cookouts usually go hand in hand with swimming and I'm okay with that." "I realize that you're going to look, it's okay. Mickey's very pretty."
Paul was shocked but he agreed to the plans. He knew Gene and Eric would wind up in a fight though. If there was a pretty lady anywhere, Gene would be very charming, which Eric would get upset over. In this case though, the tables would be turned.

The last week of June was the big day. Paul got up early to start preparing for the barbeque. Tommy had purchased everything the day before and the girls were going to decorate the back yard. It was barely seven when they all started getting ready.
