Paul stopped by Gene's house to check on Eric and to also admit to Gene what he did. He knocked, hoping no one would answer.
When the door opened, Paul didn't even get a chance to speak. "YOU ARE A DAMNED FOOL!" yelled Gene. "YOU ARE AN IDIOT!" "SHALL I KEEP GOING?"
Paul shook his head and walked off. He was pulled back by an angry Gene. "Let go of my arm!"
Gene held on tighter as he spun Paul around. "YOU BLEW THE ONLY CHANCE YOU HAD AT HAPPINESS! "Gene continued to yell at Paul until he ran out of anger. "IF TOM CUTS THEN I LAY THE BLAME ON YOU!" "Think about what your stupid actions caused. Were you so caught up in her that you forgot what you have?" "You're not my best friend at the moment. Get out of my sight."
Gene shut the door as he walked back inside.
Paul was left standing outside. He finally walked back to his car and drove off.
Gene's face was red. Eric just shook in anger as he struggled to get dressed and go check on Tommy. He cried as Gene stopped him. "Bruce is there right now. We'll go later."
Eric didn't resist but he was angry.
