I'll Fight Hell to Hold You

At The Police Station

When Tommy came out, he had been crying. Going over to Paul, he hugged him tightly. "I'm going to do this. Please go with me." 

"I'll stay and watch the girls." said Eric. "Go on Paul."

Pulling on his shoes, Paul took Tommy's hand and led him to the car. "I'll be there for you no matter what."

At the police station, Tommy went in and spoke quietly to the officer at the desk. He was given a clipboard with papers and told to fill them out. His hand shook the whole time. Paul took the clipboard and finished as Tommy ran to the bathroom. He came out after a few minutes, wiping his mouth and eyes. 

Paul turned the paperwork back in and took Tommy to a private room where another officer was waiting. She spoke quietly to Tommy. "It's painful to relive it, I know. I do need as many details as possible. We have other complaints about that particular therapist."

Tommy turned pale. "I have to go through it again?" "I told Paul already."

After a few minutes, Tommy asked for a piece of paper and started writing. An hour later he finished. 

He and Paul left the police station three hours later. Tommy was crying silently still and Paul was ready to murder someone. He got Tommy settled in the car and got in. 

"Do you hate me?" asked Tommy quietly. 

"Never, baby." "I'm just angry that the p.o.s. was allowed to work there."

When Paul pulled up to the house, Tommy ran inside and told Eric what had happened. He then hurried upstairs to the bedroom.

In the bedroom, Tommy locked the door to the bathroom and sat on the floor. He broke down into loud sobbing. 

Paul quietly unlocked the door and sat on the floor next to Tommy. "Baby, let me hold you." He pulled Tommy into his lap and held him.
