Tommy's Birthday Dinner

Since the snow kept falling, Paul wondered if he should go and pick up the cake ahead of time. He was just about to tell Tommy he'd be back when the bakery called to tell him that Gene was there to pick it up. He gave them the go ahead to give it to Gene. Bruce then called to say he was heading over to pick up the remaining items that he knew Paul still needed. 

Tommy knew Paul was setting up his birthday dinner so he stayed upstairs with the girls. His last pregnancy test had turned out negative so he was relieved. Even though he had told Paul he didn't want any more children, he was having second thoughts. The only thing holding him back was the fact that the baby might also be deaf.

He was reading a story to Taylor and Hannah while Aurora and Mady looked at the pictures. Afterwards, Tommy signed out the story to the other two so they could "hear" it too. The door opened and Eric sat down with the older twins. Delilah had her dinosaur in her arms while Draco was asleep holding a pink teddy bear. The little boy had on a pink party hat. "Hey everyone." said Eric. "Jason and Jenny are downstairs with Bruce."

Tommy finished the book and took Draco so Eric could read it to Delilah. He also wound up reading it to Taylor and Hannah again.

Finally dinner was ready so Paul went to get Tommy. Eric was playing with the five kids while Tommy was in the shower. "Paul, I think Tom wants another baby." he said quietly. "Either that or you're having another."

"Nuh uh, test was negative." "Do you think he really wants one?" "He told me no."

Eric told Paul he thought that because of the way Tommy was acting. He also said Tommy was acting strange again. "I think he seriously wants another baby. Ask him later."

Eric took Draco and Delilah to the dining room while Paul carried Hannah and Taylor. Gene took Aurora and Mady. When Tommy came down, he found everyone waiting. "Wow guys, thanks for coming over even though it's snowing."

The party lasted for about two hours. Bruce headed home first since he lived the longest distance away. He was followed by Gene and Eric who were stopping by the store. Paul had already stocked up so everyone was good. He cleaned up while Tommy put in a movie for the girls. Aurora was sleeping so Tommy laid her in her crib and tucked blankets around her. Mady followed soon after. Taylor and Hannah wanted to watch the snow. 

After the girls were asleep, Paul told Tommy to head to their spa room so they could share the hot tub. He whispered something to Tommy that made him blush. "PAUL!" 

"Just meet me there."

Tommy waited for Paul wearing only a towel. Paul soon joined him.
