Hi! I'm Vids and I am from Mauritius 🇲🇺 and THIS IS MY STORY.
I met BTS in 2016, I was just lost at that time. I have a very dysfunctional family so home was never a safe place, more like another battle to fight. I loved their songs and the messages that came along with them. I felt free each time I listened to 'Fire' and 'Hold me tight' was what comforted me when I had no one to hold me.
Somewhere along the way, I fell in love with BTS themselves, their friendship, their bond with each other and most of all, how far they had come.
To the me who was on the brink of giving up, I started believing on the possibility of a future, just like they did.
I remember how proud I was when they went to the BBMAS, I remember how difficult it was to fight for them, the hate and the love and today as I watch them grow more day by day- I remind myself that these boys are the reason I'm alive. It's been 6 years since then, and I'm a proud ARMY.
And each time I feel like giving up, I just open my magic shop- sipping warm tea and looking at the milky way, I'm sure my worries will dissappear.
