Rory woke up Friday morning to Braxton Hix. Nothing was consistent. The pains did not last long and did not hurt too bad. They were just uncomfortable. By the time she made it downstairs the house was buzzing with activity. The party starts at 11:30. Hot dogs will be ready at 12:00. Party is scheduled to end at 2:00. Invitations that went out welcomed parents to stay.

Cynthia was already decorating. She had Karson on a ladder with Jessi holding it. Logan and Ricky were outside setting up games and putting the basketball nets around the pool. Rory entered the kitchen to see the cake Sookie backed for the boys. It was a 2 layer tie cake with both boys' names on it. Each boy has his own small cake. The boys are going to have a blast.

The party had been going on for an hour, Everyone seemed to be having fun. There was a group of moms that Rory didn't know. They sat away from the pool in a group. They were constantly whispering. This has to be the gossip patrol. Rory was watching them as she sat with a group of moms that she knew. "Wonder where this party will rank on the gossip list?" Rory said, not to anyone in particular." Cathy, Sharon's mom said, "Rory, I wouldn't worry about it. This is a great party. Not that they would know. They have not taken their eyes off your husband and Ricky. Tell Ricky to watch out. There are cougars in that group." Everyone laughed. "They make a move on Ricky, Karson will claw their eyes out," Rory said. Tina, Travis' mom said. "And what are you going to do if they make a move on Logan?" "Logan can take care of himself. I promise you. Now let them say something to one of my twins. Momma bear will make an appearance, pregnant or not." Rory said.

The party progresses as normally as any party for a 5-year-old. Cynthia and Lorelai were great hostesses. All Rory had to do was sit back and rest. Rory waddled over to Logan who was at the grill. "Hey, beautiful, I saw you over there. You are having fun." Logan said. "Yeah, just watching those moms ogling you." "Babe, you know you do not have anything to worry about." "I know, that's what I told Tina and Cathy. But what we couldn't figure out, is whether they are ogling you or Ricky. You see, you are too old for them, but Ricky, he has money and he has stamina and Youth. Still in his prime." Rory said. "Woah, are you saying I don't have stamina?" Logan asked. "No, No, I didn't say that. They just don't think you do. I know better." Rory said and kissed him on the lips.

As Rory was walking away, she got another cramp. Logan and Ricky both rushed to her side. "Just a cramp guys, help me back to my chair. Braxton Hix." Ricky and Logan helped her back to her seat. "Do you want me to go get Cynthia?" Ricky asked. "No, I'm fine. Lord help me when I do go into labor." Rory said as both men walked away. "I think Ricky will be worse than Logan," Rory said to Tina and Cathy. "Well the way he is fussing over you, the gossip gang over there will have it rumored that the baby is his," Cathay said. "No," Rory said. "Don't make me slap a person. I have lived all my life without slapping someone" Cathay and Tina laughed.

Lorelai got all the boys out of the pool to eat and open presents. Karson made prize bags for everyone that attended the party. They were given out as each child arrived because one of the prizes is goggles. The boys receive several pool toys, which went directly in the pool, some gift cards, video games, toy trucks to play in the sandbox with. Lego and puzzles. They raked up as Chris would say later.

After everyone left, Cynthia called a crew to clean up. Luke and Mitchum showed up after the party. Everyone was wiped out. Rory and Logan were in the pool, the boys were in the backyard playing. "Logan, I noticed you still have one person on the gate. Are you going to keep him?" Luke asked. "For now, we will see. I will not feel comfortable until I know that Melissa is in Jail. Her trail is not scheduled till October." Logan said. Mitchum agreed. "Have they released Billy's money?" Mitchum asked "No, but that's okay. Ronnie and James have everything under control in Jacksonville. I talked to her this morning. I am going to invest the boys' insurance money into the company. That will get them back on their feet." Rory said. "And as far as the boys are concerned. We have that taken care of. Ricky is taken care of. I set him up with an account. As soon as his funds are released, he says he will pay it back." Rory said with a smile.

Rory had another cramp. "Babe, you okay." She leaned back on Logan who was back against the pool wall. "Yeah, just another cramp." Should you be in the pool? Should we get you to the hospital?" Luke was uneasy. "Luke, calm down. This is just practice contractions" Lorelai said.

After Rory and Logan went to bed, she had several more cramps. She told Logan that if this continued, they would get to meet baby Em in the next couple of days.
