"Jacob Charles Masters do you take Angela Rosemary Nicols to be your lawfully wedded wife?" The registrar asked.
Jacob hesitated for a second, momentarily looking over at Connie, then turned back to Angela, "I do" he said.
"Angela Rosemary Nicols do you take Jacob Charles Masters to be your lawfully wedded husband?" The registra asked.
"I do" she said instantly.
"I know pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss your bride" he said.
Jacob smiled and snaked his arms around Angela's waist, their lips meeting in a loving but passionate kiss.

Connie watched from her seat at the reception as Jacob and Angela slow danced to the music.
She rubbed her hand against her stomach and sighed, if only Angela knew what they'd done.
But she wouldn't tell her, she couldn't, she mad Jacob happy and that was what mattered to Connie.
Jacob caught her staring as he looked over Angela's shoulder then smiled weakly.
Connie dropped her gaze, wiping away the stray tear on her cheek, then stood up from her seat.

She walked out as fast as he heels could carry her, choking back a sob as the cold air hit her.
Jacob left Angela quickly and ran outside after her, "Connie" he shouted.
She turned to face him, unable to hold back her tears as he stood in front of her.
She took his hand, placing it on her stomach allowing Jacob to feel the small bump that was forming.
"Goodbye Jacob. I hope she makes you happy, you deserve it" she said.
"I love you" he told her.
"But you love her more, you don't have to explain yourself" Connie said then she dropped his hand, turned and walked away.
"Connie wait!" Jacob said but he felt a hand on his shoulder.
"Come back inside babe, let her go" Angela said.
Jacob sighed and watched as Connie got into a taxi and drove away before turning around and walking back inside with his wife.
