Alright, what you've given me is pretty good, but I suggest adding more personality traits because no one is just a clean cut character. I can imagine that for a god figure it would be even more complicated.
Also hobbies was something that I put on the form, surely a deity would have something to do in their spare time?
Relationships This was N/A, but you said earlier that there are clearly other beings that he interacts with and you said that he treats mortals as family. Maybe just build on these concepts and put actual characters in there place and build up relationships to help build up your character more and make him more relatable and likable.

Okay, just a reminder, I'm not bothered about spoilers since I'm simply reviewing your character, but if you don't feel comfortable going into detail then that's completely fine. I don't have much to go off here so I can't exactly critique much. Just make sure you don't overdo the 'great responsibility' thing too much since it is very common but can be done well if written well.

He's a god, so I expect him to be overpowered so I don't have really any problem with this as long as it us well written and make sure these abilities aren't used too often.
Stats I recommend giving your character stats mainly just so you have a springboard to go off of what your character can and can't do.
Final thoughts This character could be very interesting and unique, but it needs further development and a few things added. I think you have a great concept and this could be an incredible character as long as you sit down and concentrate on making this better, so good job.
