Sounds like your basic fantasy, but make sure you flesh it all out to make it make more sense to you. As far as fitting her into most universes, I recommend coming up with different characters for each universe to avoid confusion.

I don't think I've ever reviewed a dragon before, so this is a fun first. Anyway, you really just need to flesh out everything and figure out everything about the character. Also, the name Megan seems pretty human and common, so maybe search some fantasy names and find something more fitting.

As long as these relationships play out naturally and make sense in the universe I have no issue with them. I personally think that your character not having a permanent crush is a good thing because real-life feelings can be that fickle.

Okay, if you have any small idea about what you want to do with her, build off of that and come up with significant points in her life. Also figure out how going to the human realm would work. Does she have a human form?? This is answered later, but wouldn't she still stick out?

These are fine since dragons are pretty strong, but I recommend making sure these abilities aren't too op and make sense.
Stats

There is a lot of high stats here, so I recommend balancing them out by using ones to balance out the fives, or lowering some if them. Also make sure the stats don't clash. For the mental health stat, don't just throw it in because you can and research mental disorders and symptoms if you plan on using this.
Final thoughts Really all you need to do here is develop everything and flesh out this character in order for everything to make sense and work out in the universe. There's a good concept here, but it needs developing and some polishing.
