These are some good points but I think you need to add more detail. Especially regarding the appearance and personality. Add stuff like face shape, body type, weight just stuff like that. Personality wise add more details and make him feel more realistic and developed.

Alright you really have to be careful with having both parents be dead and you need to develop and build up these relationships so they feel realistic.

This is incredibly brief and I'm not a fan of hero parents dying in this universe because it is really common. Add more to this Backstory overall but be sure to add more positive parts of his past and develop this a lot more.

Stats are pretty well balanced there's no issue here just be sure to make sure they work and apply with the character.
Final thoughts I think you need to really develop and expand on him to make him feel more fleshed out and realistic. The concepts and ideas are here but you need to work on them more.
