So this is the first Maze runner oc I've been given and whilst I'm a lot more familiar with the books, I've seen the movie know enough to be able to cast judgement.
It's nice to see a female character that isn't thrown in with the boys because that's pretty common in this universe, so that's good. Normally with characters from this world they're named after an influencial individual, so maybe mention who she's named after? Though I can't actually remember if this is mentioned in the movies so maybe ignore this point.
As far as appearance and personality goes, I normally recommend a paragraph. So add more detail in both these aspects outside of a couple of traits, especially in the personalityarea because the more structured and detailed the information you give is, the more people can get a definite feel for your character.

Okay so this works but you havent told me about her life in the maze. How did she act with the other girls? What role did she have? How did they discover the pattern? You gotta work out the other aspects of her story, like what was it like when she came up in the box and stuff like that.

Stats are balanced so there's no issues here so good job.
Final thoughts I think you've got some good ideas here and you've put some thought into her. However you gotta develop her further and flesh her out a bit more and she should be good.
